Profound… love the synchronicity. Just a few days ago I lovingly told myself that I am stopping self improvement, self work. It was during yet another episode of self sabotage. So much pressure I have put on my own shoulders to fix my mistakes, to be better, to constantly work work work on my self, that I lovingly embraced the failure I was witnessing and .. the pain in my back, in my shoulders… eased up. I resonate with this conversation so much. Let me be the HOST now and witness the miracles and changes in me, the ebbs and flows, as opposed to the active changer, the pusher… thank you Charles and everyone for articulating what I was feeling inside.

Really fascinating to see Charles working with James. I see two things. One, we feel like if we aren't interacting with and affecting a large base of people at once, it's not enough. James doesn't seem convinced that touching one person at a time, literally, will do the bridging he would like to see. It will be neat to see him experiment with that and gain confidence in it, as Charles said. I often notice Charles saying, I don't have anything to add to that. it's really wonderful. Charles is making himself a resource, not an authority. That's such a gift because we understand that a lot of what is going on in the world is about people either not wanting to take authority for themselves, or not believing that they have it. Also, because of our authoritarian culture, we are never sure when we've learned enough or accomplished enough to say that we understand ourselves and what we have to give. It's a time of radical self-love and creativity. As long as we stay humble, it won't go to self serving ego. I think it's so important for us to know that yes, the small things that we do make a big difference. As Mother Teresa said, we cannot do great things in this world. We can only do small things with great love.

Hi Charles have you connected with/are you aware of your local Bahai community ?. I feel this would be immensely beneficial for both parties.

This was so much fun to be a part of, and such an important way to explore the discussion around peace-building. I love when Angeline says at 43:48 - "who am I to talk about peace" - I hear you Angeline. I think many can share that sentiment. Yet we know how necessary this discussion is and we show up to it. Cheers, James

So loving the increasing turning away from any generalising or advising in these Q & A Sessions. And that 'verbing' is rising up as part of 'languaging differently'! Thank you.
