Thanks for making this video! Can't wait to hit the road with you in 2025. As an introvert, I like to take a private room in a hostel, but if I'm traveling with a group of friends I think it would be fun to room together. I think my daughter and I may visits some hostels together in the US. I met one of my closest friends almost 30 years ago in a Quaker Guesthouse in Mexico City. Similar to a hostel.

Sounds great! can't wait for 2025 adventure too. Agreed, I would take private room all the time but because I am travelling for a long period of time at once, I need to take dorm rooms often to make sure I have enough money left to continue the trip. Please share when you visit some hostels in the US, I am hoping I will be able to use trusted housesitter in the US and South America to save on money.
