You explained the recipe very well ma'am!! This is how we make it in our house too. It also tastes great with chapati. We add curds to the chutney powder instead of ghee while eating with chapati.

@@jagadishmg4807 yes you can. I suggest to use groundnut oil instead of sunflower 🌻. The sunflower oil available are mostly adulterated. Do try to to use groundnut or coconut oil from wood pressed.
No, don't use normal coconut, it has moisture In it. It will not be tasty and also you cannot keep it for long. Try using dried coconut only. It is always recommended.
