It's not going to be painful, Bre. If there's going to be "pain", it's going to be productive pain-- quite different from what you have experienced thus far. You'll know. And def listen to your body. You will know when to push; don't let anyone try to coach you. You are the boss in this birthing process. Love and peace to you! Really appreciate you and this channel. ❤️
Your doing do well for first trimester! In each of my pregnancies I could barely move or eat without shaking, vomiting, or passing out. Also cool you found out so quickly most women find out between 8-13 weeks
Omg the healthy food!!!! So I survived on just cheesy noodles my first trimester and I was so worried and my midwife was like “the baby is surviving mostly off the yolk sac which was developed based on nutrition you had before pregnancy” so that made me feel better haha
I love that you're not going to name your baby until you see him/her. My husband feels the same! We've had 6 children, and each time it drives me a little crazy that he wants to wait. . . I don't necessarily want to decide on the name before the baby is born, but I wish he'd at least discuss names with me! haha
Hi Bre! You should try reading Ina May’s guide to childbirth…it also goes into the concept of reversing the perception that childbirth is painful and should be treated as a medical intervention. Interesting stuff 🤓
The perception isn’t false, childbirth can be and totally is painful it also can need the help of medical professionals. Everyone is different and things can change so fast so the best thing is too not get too caught up on details or one desired experience/outcome and try to enjoy yourself and your baby.
Oh my gosh you're so cute!! Love this makeup look!! I'm gonna have to try this one soon!!
