I am also an operator have been since I was a teen, and that was pretty good for your first day. I have seen some " vet operators " that do a lot worse than that. Keep up the good work, it must be pretty cool to get a job that is identical to the thing you do for fun. Have a good day and stay warm. I'll think warm thoughts from Florida for you, hahaha.
ive never ran forestry equipment irl but ive been an operator for 15 years thats some pretty smooth operating there man good job!!!! and i think IRL might be easier then farming sim lol
Awesome FDR that was cooll to watch. I can see a change in how you do machines it was like watching farm sim live. I'm sure you feel the difference between the two things. Congrats on working as a loader with you friends company and great video
congrats dude, proud of ya! also, for plowing with the log in the beginning, close your grapple all the way and pull from in front of the log
Keep your boom tucked in a little closer when your blading with a log. It will be a little smoother. When you work at the end of your boom its always more shaky and unstable and glitchy in the hydros. I run a 855 leveler for shovel logging steep terrain. I started out at the bottom thou learned alot and still learning

That looked like fun. I just got my rhythm on running the Southstar Processor. Feller is fighting me but I am getting there. Have not tried the Tigercat cause I am loading with a wheel loader. My operation is big enough yet.

Just take it slow your speed will come, i started on a tigercat 234b with about 15k hours on it.
I'd imagine having depth perception would be a real bonus vs sim.
yeah seeing things in stereo is a bonus forsure haha, but I will say after you play the game long enough you just kinda forget and your brain learns to judge distance differently its kinda wild
@@FDRLogging I just ordered a second joystick. I'll be trying your recommended control setup when it arrives. I noticed you use an airplane style rudder on your feet instead of a regular driving pedals. How do you have that set in game?
Telling you if that's is real glass the window is ok if it's fiberglass windex will make that window foggy
