I bought a 2bhk (mivan construction) in Lucknow in a low density luxury project in Lucknow for end use in December. I stretched my budget from 75 to 85 because of good amenities, a hot selling location and a better gentry and the only mivan construction in that area. Now it goes for 95lacs and 3bhk costs 1.4Cr

1. 18% of all residential properties bought sold in India are luxury.
2. 10-15% of all residential properties bought sold in India is done by NRIs. Will be 20% next year.
3. Maximum NRIs investment is in luxury projects :)

Elections ke liye dhan safed kiya ja raha hai and i strongly recommend common man should stay away at these 2x prices. Elections ke baad bohot major correction ayega and will last 5-6 years.
