  • In this video, I have explained how Indian real estate market will perform till 2050. This video will help you understand what is the future of real estate in India and make a informed real estate investment decision.
    Indian real estate market is on a constant growth since last 30 years and so far Indian real estate investors have enjoyed good returns on their investment, but today real estate investors are skeptical about this continues growth and want to know that will this growth continue or will Indian housing market go into a long term slow down ? In this video I have explained the reason for growth in Indian real estate market, what will be the factors for future growth, what will be the impact of population on real estate market, how real estate India will perform for next 25 years till year 2050 and should real estate investors continue to invest in Indian housing market.

    I recently stumbled upon Sector 65 in Faridabad and was genuinely impressed. Its strategic location, just an hour's drive from Gurgaon via the Mumbai Expressway, coupled with its thoughtful planning, convinced me of its promising investment potential. It's a gem waiting to be explored.

    Indian metros like Delhi and Bangalore don't have drinking water or clean air I wonder how prices keep going up it feels like bubble

    Good perspective covered. There is another opinion that due to lifestyle inflation next generations will not be able to afford real estate which counters opinion shared in your video. Any thoughts on this??

    Good video. No one cares what will happen after 25 years in 2050. We all will be either retired with a house or perished. What most nedd to know is what will happen in 1, 3 and 5 year time frame in real estate. Someone looking for buy/sell can only hold off their decision for this time frame to take advantage of cycle.

    As long as black money is still available real estate is gonna go up easily. Just make sure we just talk about killing the black money just don’t actually kill it 😅

    Thank you for all the detailed information. I exclusively invest in real estate. Very few investment in equity and Gold. I dont feel comfortable investing in the Equity due to fluctuation. Real estate down side might be limited to 10 to 20% percent. My only concern is high supply of inventories

      Just compare your returns after few years with equity returns. You'll be astonished 😊

    All the society in noida extension is solely depending on ground water only and people demand here 80 to 1 cr cr for 2 bhk. Density very very high in 4-5 acre builders are creating 600+ apartment. Ncr specially noida is on verge on becoming Bangalore very soon

    Present boom cycle will turn into slow down by 2027 and stagnate sideways for around 4 years to then once again change its course repeating cycle upwards🙏

    Youth berozgar hai,shadi ho nahi rahi,bacche log karna nahi chahte,TFR vese bhi neeche gir raha hai, Survival aur kharche ne logo ki saving khatam kar rakhi hai
    Bhai aage property k liye economics bahut bekar hai...
    Property mien aage ab growth nahi hai

    Age between 30- 55, most people are out side India. They will not come back to India. Facing such a situation. So many lands and properties are laying vacant now itself. No transanctions are going on due to heavy taxes nd registration charges. A very few are going on only ina particular cities like metros, industrial areas.

    Very Nice video. Yours is the only channel that covers real estate in too much depth. Can you please consider the following points:-
    1) Impact of AI? Since it will impact the Indian engineers earning power the most
    2) Currently we have majority of the population which earns less than $2500. Therefore,, is the property prices sustainable?
    3) End user still doesn’t have the capacity to pay for these escalated prices. Therefore, can this result in a crash because its mostly the investors who have bought the new supply?

    sometimes I feel this is not the right way of real estate development
    property develops first roads and other facilities comes after why is that? developers throng around metro line or expressway
    why not do a proper urban planning? chandigarh luteyns delhi banglore are so good examples of that era
    developers are not trustworthy
    RERA, consumer courts are in a very bad state

    Water scarcity will hit all cities। We need to have treatment of sewage water and use for toilets and gardening। All western toilets consume more water। Neef to save every drop of rain water and reduce wastage। We have to wake up

    People are not doing maths....simply crying about high property prices.
    50lacs 2BK 1200 sqft flat in 2016, with 7-8% inflation will cost 85-92 Lacs now in 2024. If it is getting delivered in 2028 it will cost 1.15 to 1.25 cr. Why people are crying I am not sure.

      Post 2030, the labour won't be able to work in such harsh temperature conditions hence slow construction rate and steeper prices

    I'm from Bharatpur Rajasthan
    There are no industrial area no education no jobs high crime rate no appropriate law and order no one interested to live in btpr respectively no clean water (khara paani) ,lot of mosquito 🦟 but even after land prices going high and high 50k/sq yard why?????
    Answer is demand and supply
    Limited supply high demand
