Sasha trusova literally QUAD QUEEN as expected!! She has perfect outside edges for lutz, less than 1/2 pre-rotation, tight air position, beautiful landing position, and her charismatic, cool skating flow....No other female skaters would perform 4types of quad as neatly as she does.
Please dont fight... This is complimenting their good elements, not defaming or blaming.

Sash knows how to execute quads but in all fairness, she is not a flawless skater. She falls in almost every program which she performs or misses one of her quads because of nerves.
Yeah except her prerotation is very often 1/2 the same as Anna (although less than Kamila). And not to mention she has a terrible edge on the flip which somehow got a huge GOE at Euros. Plus her landings while nice are not of the quality of Valieva, Shcherbakova, or Kihira the one time she landed the 4S. Sasha’s 4S and 4T though are 👌👌

Kamila’s quads were at a whole another level. although her 4T doesn’t have a visible toe pick, she nevertheless never fails to execute the successful jump flawlessly in terms of height, ice coverage, and even ballet-like landing. the rippon looks good on her as well. unfortunately, this whole dopping situation really turned me off her skating talent.
The height Sash gets she is the quad queen for a reason!
Trusova is the Queen, and winner of the LP at the Olympics. Her jumps are incredible to watch. Hands over the head, neatly packs, fast landings. Powerful skater.

Kamila's Sal from Euros, Sasha's lutzes from 2019 up to 2022, and that 4 flip from Grand Prix Final 2019 are just spectacular! Her 4 flip from Euros 2022 would have also been great if that hadn't been executed with an unclear edge.

@@krissad2145 still doesn’t deserve to have that highest goe in the history of female figure skating. horrible pre-rotation on the edge of 180°+, full-blade assistance that makes it look as a loop, strong outside edge, the only thing that differentiates this flip from a lutz is the entrance... and yet it’s always Anya and Kamila out of all Tutberidze girls that have the “worst” technique, as said by some critiques.

Idk but for some reason Sasha’s flip looks more aesthetically pleasing than her lutz even though we all know lutz is her better jump. My personal favorite is her 4S though, she literally explodes into air when she hits it and her pr is normal on it. Not the most consistent though unfortunately
sasha has done so many better 4f's than the one at europeans which literally had the wrong edge 😭 these girls are so incredibly talented but it's sad to see a lot of these jumps have so much prerotation or full blade assistance. Impressive none the less

Zhenya's flutzes are worse imo since they've always scored high somehow. No hating on her, I actually love seeing her skating, but some of her jumps are questionable
She’s far from having the worst technique sorry. She has 1/2 prerotation (like almost everyone), and a flat lutz edge (like almost everyone). But she had 2 quads. She may be overscored sometimes but honestly almost everyone is. So I don’t see the problem.
She rotated her jumps unlike Trusova. And Trusova’s jumps are much closer to Anna’s then to a quad jumper with great technique (Zhilina or Shimada)

at the European Championships, Sasha had a wrong edge. i know it’s problematic for her. I don’t understand why the judges decided to give +4.71 to this particular jump, because Sasha did the perfect 4 flips with the right edge, which deserved all+5
but no matter what, Alexandra will always be the one and only Quad Queen. 9 world records in one free program at the Olypmics, it’s just unbelievable
it is no longer clear to me what Shcherbakova is doing in this video when she has obvious undercuts and incomprehensible ribs

Only those who don't know the rules will doubt the quality of Anna's quads.The pre-rotation of her quads is about 1/2.And she uses the inside edge to do 4F.Of course，her 4lz has a little problem.Sasha is a great skater too，but she use the wrong edge to do 4F.
I don't like how Anna tends to bend her picking/jumping leg, at the knee, right before she picks into the ice for her quad flip. She tends to do the same on her quad toe loop, too.
Yeah indeed sasha has problems with 4F now.But I remember she did it correctly before her growth.Luckily this season she seems to correct it(3F) and some results are achieved.
anna has 3/4 prerotation and flat edge on flip. her "4lz" (overrotated 3loop) doesnt just have a little problem, it has flat edge, 3/4 prerotation and full blade. sasha only sometimes had a wrong edge on flip, while anna always had it.

ТЩК и Каитла - это целая эпоха, это Эверест женского фигурного катания. Эти девочки уникальны. Их катание ошеломляло и завораживало. Соревнования с их участием взрывали мозг.

Well, it's been a year since then, and some people are still complaining. That was a beautiful flip with unclear edge that, yeah, I agree, should've been called.
At this very moment the Japanese and Korean female skaters also execute flips and lutzes (note: triples) with wrong or unclear edges, and yet no one says anything on that.
Not unclear edge it was clearly outside, it in fact is worse than Anna’s lutz.
The lack of 3Lze calls for Kaori and 3Lz! calls for Mai is also terrible. It’s so unfair to skaters like Kihira, Shimada, Muravyeva, Sinitsyna, and Andrews who have perfect 3Lz and 3F. Kihira for one was robbed of world silver in 2019 when no one was called on their incorrect edges.

@@KKKK-bl4cg first of all as Liza's fan, the only one who robbed Liza of the Olympics was whichever adult in Kamila's life gave her TMZ (and WADA for not revealing Kamila's sample in time). Otherwise Liza would have gone.
Anna was unfairly overscored several times. By not calling her 4Lz! jumps at nationals in 2019 (gold should have been Trusova) and 2020 (gold should have been Kostornaia). She also did not deserve the Euro silver over Trusova in 2020. I didn't do a deep dive in 2021 nationals so I can't say if Kamila deserved gold or not. In 2022 nationals Anna won bronze unfairly (either Samodelkina or Muravyeva deserved it) but even with her overscoring, Tuktamysheva's error in the short program prevented her from overcoming Anna fairly.
However at Worlds 2021 Anna deserved the win over Liza who did not have a strong performance either. Although I put Anna only 3 points ahead of Liza rather than 13 as the judges did. The only one who was robbed at 2021 Worlds was Kaori who was given such harsh GOE and PCS to suppress her from the podium in favor of Sasha who was given unbelievably generous PCS for a terrible free program.
And as for the Olympics, once again Sasha was terribly overscored in PCS even as Anna was given generous GOE yes. At the end of the day the most egregious overscoring was Sasha in the short (74 with a fall on 3A and terrible step sequence vs. Higuchi 73 with a great 3A and superior PCS package?????). Gold was for Sasha's taking but she lost huge GOE on her 4T. Anna's PCS was fair in the short and only a couple points overscored in the free. And again she did not include a 4Lz in the free.
Even Lynn Holly-Johnson (Ice Castles 1978) and Taylor Firth (Ice Castles 2010) are top notch in their movies, even if they join Dancing With the Stars.
Alexandra tried to do even higher scored jumps but could stabilize neither 4-4 combos nor 5T nor 5Lz to the point good enough to demo publicly. She decided to step down. The videos are not available, but likely Sokolovskaya still has some. We are not going to know it.
Valieva always the best
I question Valieva's skill level. Now that the doping scandal during the Olympic 2022 has been exposed to the public. All season long up until she qulaified for the 2022 Olympics, she was smashing her own records and was the only skater of Eteri's camp who suffered no injuries. She is a lovely skater but i do not believe that she is as flawless a skater as the Russian media made her out to be especially since she was skating with prohibited subtances in her system! Kudos to Sasha, Kostornaya and Scherbakova for executing some of the most mesmerizing skating ever even with some minor flaws.
Kamila Valieva is the best figure skater in history. It is also better to worry about the doping scandals of NATO athletes. Walk

Lol she is MAYBE the best in women’s (although I would think Ito still takes the top spot) but I can think of many skaters who are her superior in other disciplines. Hanyu, Chen, Sui/Han, Volosozhar/Trankov, Virtue/Moir, Grishuk/Platov off the top of my head had her dominance but Kamila has no longevity compared to these icons.
I fully support suspending her but also realistically I think she would be on top without TMZ. They are all taking other heart medicines anyway such as Hypoxen and stacking one with dubious medical effects in the first place would have a limited impact. Sure maybe she would only have the stamina for 2 quads and a 3A rather than 3 quads but she would still be sweeping competitions I think. A pox on her coaches and family that we will never know 100% for sure how good she would have been if she stayed clean.

Sasha has so many correct beautiful quad flips it’s insane. Her euros one isn’t my favorite. Her her lutz is actual perfection, a clear edge. Her only issue is that she uses like half of her blade
@@syd1764 Sasha had many beautiful quad flips in 2019-20. Since then it's rare to see a beautiful one. I remember exactly the moment at test skates 2020-2021 when I noticed "oh Sasha has a bad lip now" and since then it varies between 4Fe and 4F!
Sasha has had some beautiful lutzes (such as 2019 Ondrej Nepela) but that's in spite of having some blade assist and 160-180 prerotation depending on the day. The truth is many fans who care about "technique" complain on and on about blade assist and prerotation for Medvedeva and Anna but don't say anything for Sasha or Kaori. Perhaps they should understand that the actual difference is that Kaori jumps with her legs and Anna and Zhenya jump with their back, while Sasha does a mix. It has little to do with prerotation or blade assist.

That is not her problem. She got called for her flips all the time but at Europeans judges decided to score her such goes. And that is the only thing you see while Trusova had executed great quads many times
Trusova fans constantly boasting Trusova has great quad techniques but she really aren't better than anyone else with the wrong edge, full blade assist, hammer toe takeoff and shajy landing. Trusova has a textbook technique on salc and toe, she does her lutz incorrect sometimes but mostly there are no such things as wrong edges, hammer toe take off, shaky landing and other lie you have mentioned on her lutz. Her only problem is a flip edge for which she got called all time (except Anna, she got called for her wrong edges only 3 times on her career) except 2022 Euros. And dont try to convince me her flip edge was e at Olympics. It wasnt, you can check it by watching a video with more than 4mln views where her flip was captured from her back. At this point you are nothing more than a hater who is spreading lies. Try to prove otherwise
@@aidenchen1275 this a joke? like it or not, sasha has by far the less awful technique when comparing the eteri girls' tech, she does not have a hammer toe (that's anna's signature), has correct lutz edge, correct salchow and toeloops, uses toepick when jumping with more of a half-blade assistance than anna and kamila's often noticeable full-blade assist. if you talk about prerotation, sasha prerotates often at 1/4, a half or less, but not 3/4 and never a full on-ice rotation, which we often see on kamila (esp kamila's 3/4 pr) and anya's quads. sasha's problem most of the time is her flip which has inconsistent edges from time to time, not always, and her flip edge is often called out by judges. and do you see how sasha is built? all muscles, she has built legs and back which works for her advantage in her jump takeoff and landings. her quads and cascades when done right are some of the most effortless-looking jumps out there. anya's quads often are even underrotated, but nearly never called out by the judges, not her fault judges give her positive goe for UR and wrong edge jumps, same as kamila's which has gotten worse over time. so it would make sense if sasha's fans boast about her technique and quads, after all, sasha would be the less rewarded skater among her peers for the quads she's capable of, not even her historic 5-quad brought a gold medal for her senior year. so let them boast, she's not the crowd favorite for nothing. even so, everyone still sees whose hands are where the OGM is now.
