Maybe someone already said it, but here's my headcannon: The reason why Monika was able to lift the bottle is because she's secretly using her code-breaking/hacking abilities to affect her environments. You can even see the bottle change position for a brief moment after being used by her, cause it got glitchy. "Editing mistake?" Nah, that's just clever foreshadowing, man. Also, Natsuki drinking tea is my animal spirit. Pretty neat vid.
