"take these few moments to remember you..." brought me to tears. it's easy to forget who we are, but today i remember and embrace who i am. i am an incredible, kind, and deserving person and it's hard to remember that sometimes. today i am tuning in to my best friend, the universe, and listening to my best guide, my highest self.
This meditation deeply touched my soul in places I didn't even know existed. I could not stop crying throughout the whole process because I just felt so much love and so much comfort from the universe and god. I'm still crying right now as I'm reading through the comments and typing my own. Thank you alice. Your meditations really do help me so much.
