Finally! Thank you for doing this guys. More people need to know about modern magic.
PS: Teller is actually 6 foot tall, maybe just below itt. He just looks short because Penn is fucking massive.
I wish you were on this podcast!
You're a legend!
hahaha
you're a legend Karan!!!
Props to you brother. Huge fan! 🙌🏼
Bawa is so cute, lol ,asking Aadar to do the trick again
Shikha Sharma ‘I’m not understanding onlyyy’ 😂😂😂 too cute
And I love that Aadar did it again
14:50
Karan Singh Magic did that❤️
Teller gave him his tie with an autograph for that...❤️
Karan showed the tie on gamer fleet's stream....🔥🔥
Bawa's first encounter with Magic 03:51 started in year March 24, 1901 - He had always been the first row viewer of Harry Houdini, American-Hungarian illusionist
Thus proved, Bawa ne bohot unhale pausale dekhe hai !!!
Nice one Aditya bavasir 😂
Awww, Bawa was so cute when he asked Aadar to do the levitation and Aadar was even cuter when he complied..
**Just TISS things (part 4)**
Jowar puffs+aam panna+Kautuk laid back (Podcast karwanu, juice piwanu, majjjaaaani life),
Bawa's self disclaimer about how old he is,
Yogesh thakur OP,
An obvious/logical fact followed by Varun sarcastically saying SHOCKING,
Lactose free Sheera,
Word for the week by Neville tharoor,
JVLR, MHADA, Jogeshwari, sai palace restaurant,
Putting out each other's stand up material,
A "What if salman was there!?" section,
Marathi manus reference (Tawde, Shinde, Patil),
Procrastination in shooting podcast,
Kautuk's cat cameos,
Bawa's 'Ye phir edit mujhe karna padta hai',
Aadar's "apparent" universe,
Rothschild of course,
Westwing of course,
"We have a lot more to talk about this so we will do a part two".
Excellent compilation. Another one: Aadar staring rather dimly into the camera, wondering what he is doing in the podcast, without any interesting anecdotes, jokes.
Damn, too accurate! One of the best compilation comments!
You forgot Aaron Sorkin!
@@hiteshproy did mention it in the earlier parts.
Nailed it
"The Indian Rope Trick" sounds like it was invented in Kota .....
Good one
Lmao
im ready to sponsor varun a mic
Fun Fact: Teller was in the big bang theory as Amy's dad and he also spoke at her wedding.
Penn Jillette is in Friends as the salesman who is selling Joey encyclopedia.
Penn was in Modern family as a magician travelling in a plane with Phil
@@AshwinKumarNair dude. I just saw the episode.
Nikhil _Mahajan which episode is it?

Aadar in low voice " uday chopra " and laughs at himself is a true emotion, i just simply love his jokes low-key.
Every Tuesday my entire google and you tube search history is based upon what you guys discuss in this podcast :p. Love you guys and thanks for entertaining us during this work from home scenario :)
Yes totally agree. Shows, people, books, food, suggestions all from this TISS👍
Yes!
Alas someone said it!
I love watching all your podcasts but watching this one got me so excited since I'm a magician myself. In a country like India, magic is still not appreciated much as an art form compared to the west and it's not given enough importance. People don't realise the sheer hard work and hours of practice that goes into perfecting this art form.... So thank you for choosing this topic and giving magic some recognition😊 really appreciate all the research work you guys did. I truly enjoyed watching this one
You guys missed talking about the most hilarious magician on TV, Mr. Phil Dunphy :)
David blaine hands down greatest magician for this generation. after him - mario lopez, dynamo, shin lim.
You forgot Chris Angel
56 year old "uncle" here. This episode was a trip down nostalgia lane for me as. My now 81 year old dad used to be the life of the party when I was growing up entertaining everyone with his card tricks. Alas, like Bawa, I am all thumbs. Btw, all the Indian tricks that Kautuk mentioned -rope trick, sword swallowing, bed of nails - are seen in a Bond movie, with a name that i think YT is censoring, in a chase sequence in a rickshaw with Roger Moore and tennis ace Vijay Amritraj
So many live streams by comedians, so many quiz, podcast
Yet this is the best
Just my fav family from past 4yrs
After Yo Mama Jokes, I Guess Now We Have Yo Bawa Jokes 🤣🤣🤣 Making The First One -

“Yo Bawa So Old, He Welcomed Queen Elizabeth On Earth”
Every great magic trick consists of three parts or acts. The first part is called "The Pledge". The magician shows you something ordinary: a deck of cards, a bird or a man. He shows you this object. Perhaps he asks you to inspect it to see if it is indeed real, unaltered, normal. But of course... it probably isn't. The second act is called "The Turn". The magician takes the ordinary something and makes it do something extraordinary. Now you're looking for the secret... but you won't find it, because of course you're not really looking. You don't really want to know. You want to be fooled. But you wouldn't clap yet. Because making something disappear isn't enough; you have to bring it back. That's why every magic trick has a third act, the hardest part, the part we call "The Prestige"."
Top 5 movies of all time
penn makes a cameo in friends as the salesman who comes to joey's apartment
How can everyone neglect Aadar's Dafoe?? It was frikin spot on!
Watching this late because I have been tested positive for Covid and have been feeling pathetically weak, so want to thaaankkk you gaaiiizzzz for making me laugh.
Oh I'm magically in love with Neville's wonder of magic. Such a joy to watch him. Varun, please tell him, will you?
I've been struggling with being unwell and this has made me laugh and I actually feel better. You boys are magic!
All the magicians - Chilla chilla ke scheme bata de
Its illusion..everybody knows it. Theres nothing called magic. llusion is psychological, and its playing on your mind. So its a form of science!
Tiss Tuesday!!the day I look forward too the most !!
You guys are Fab!, after watching your 'Bollywood facts' video, I myself started this channel to make parodies on Bollywood . 😆
Content!! 👍
Houday Chopra is the most underrated joke of this episode!
I was going to comment this
@@jayantjha4970 i see you're a man of culture as well!😂
Penn and teller fool us is such a bingable show! I've watched so many episodes one after the other.
I liked 'Breaking the magician's code, but this one is so lighthearted and warm and yet so amazingly clever and interesting. I can binge entire seasons continuously
i don't think any other podcast is as genuine and feel-good as this one. This podcast has helped a lot of us get thru tuff times.
My friend : bro its Tuesday?
Me : ohh shit... Its TISSDAY 💯
Breaking the Magician's Code was the most fascinating show I ever watched. Also, the idea for Kill Bill was first discussed by Uma Thurman and Tarantino on the sets of Pulp Fiction only. The shooting was deferred initially because Uma Thurman was pregnant with her second child and Tarantino did not want to cast anyone else because the very idea of a martial arts movie was initiated by Uma Thurman herself.
Invite Narendra Modi & Abish Matthew and discuss the journey of the joke 'achhe din' that he played on this country where he promised a 'laal aankh-showing-to-China' strong, Scam-less & corruption free India.
Compared to UPA days, the country is corruption free! Looks like you were blind during 2005-2014, when we needed an anti corruption drive in 2011 to wake up the govt, and bring it down. And dont forget, we believe in soft warfare. Banning apps hit them economically, we are essentially non violent nation! The problem is the media, which only highlights the negative happening in the country, and forgets the good steps taken by the govt wrt increased FDI, social schemes, fiscal stimulus etc
@@IITianProudIndian 😅😅😅 You should try stand-up 😄😄😄
@@IITianProudIndian Modi ki gaand ka swaad itna pasand hai ke TISS ke comment section me lambe paragraph likh usko defend kar raha hai. Yahi hai bhakti! Bhakti me hai Shakti!
@@IITianProudIndian This guy does it all the time bro. Just dont pay any heed. Dont give them the attention they crave for
@@jayantjha4970 I agree. They are dynasty bootlickers and anti nationals.
isn't Penn (Penn & Teller) the encyclopedia salesmen in Friends, who sells the 'V' book to Joey?
Very cool opening but missed cowtuk humming some song or eating something
Varun, thanks for a normal podcast. I really like this type than live ones because you can just listen while sleeping....
This is true. It’s my sleeping pill
11:31 Aadar gesturing cupping balls
Oh you guys just saved my day! Love your podcasts! Thanks for saving my lockdown 🙏🏻
A magician once took a ping pong ball out of my sneeze. That was the first time my sneeze produced something. Yeh Covid toh abhi abhi aaya hai.
Thanks guys. Been binging everyday!!!
I choked on my water at the "Will you go" part 😂😂😂
*in kautuk's voice* HILARIOUS.
26:46 for me is the moment of the show...!!! 😂😂😂😂 how cute neville is😍😍
The last bit was too funny 🤣 awesome podcast. Really one of your best!

Aadar is taking about Journey of a joke.
I am an learner in close up magic and I love performing with my friends and colleagues for now. Talking from experience, Yes, whenever one does a trick that relies on spectator's memory it goes a high risk for 2 reasons : a) the spectator can genuinely forget his card or word b) the spectator is a heckler and deliberately changes his answer at last moment. To tackle both the situations it is best to make them write down their answer on a piece of paper. This also adds the benefit of misdirecting the entire setup to the fact that they need to ensure you aren't able to see into that paper whereas in reality, that paper is only an insurance and not really where the magician gets his information from ;)
I always liked your sketches. and they are on Prime Video. Now i have to go back to watching them. Damn you TISS.
There was this amazing show in 2008-12, called tricky TV on Nickelodeon. The jumping rubber band trick still boggles people's minds.
This podcast is like studying - I go to videos they suggest to see as if they are references 🤣🤣🤣🤣
My god, had to pause and go watch penn & Teller first, you guys hyped them so much.. but ya rightly so 🙌
Cold open was😂😂
The intro itself was so chaotic ahahaha i love y'all ❤️
I doubt know how I missed this 1 podcast. I watch every week!! But this is my favourite topic. I love watching Penn and Teller and other magicians. Please discuss resuscitation and other tricks again!
This episode reminded of the jadugar aanand magic show i saw when i was in 3rd grade, one of the best memories of my childhood.❤️
I have a fact about magic - Penn was in Friends selling encyclopedias to Joey
Please invite Supreme Court judges and discuss : Post-retirement jobs/perks influencing Pre-retirement judgements.
😂🤭
The day could not get better... Neville and Kautuk talking about Penn and Teller = Best Day Ever
David Copperfield was a magician? They completely left out that part in the book.
This was my favorite tiss cold open
For me the best magicians are you guys, who can make us smile and laugh for 1-2 hours straight.
The magic broke in the first 10s of the video when Kautuk missed the cue..and you guys got my like just then 😂😂
Bohot achha podcast hai pura dekh liya
Watched the first 20 seconds , a million times. Epicness hahaha . That camraderie and the paagalpanti defined this entire podcast .
Damnnnnnnnnn we really missed this prerecorded version of podcast❤️
one thing that i heard on this vpodcast is that nagpur is the geo. centre of India. Had this same question in an entrance exam today. Thankful i watched that vpodcast! (slumdog vibes fr)
TISS is where magic happens!
can we just take a moment to appreciate Kautuk sipping on a different drink every episode?😂
I watched this episode on tuesday & just came here now to thank you guys for introducing me to Penn & Teller & Fool us. That's all I've watched since tuesday. ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the heart. Love you guys so much. ❤
So good to hear the tittle track back after couple of Live stream s
I AM A MAGICIAN! AND THIS IS WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!
Bawa is so smart actually but when Aadar did that trick & Bawa said "Ae phir se kr na"
Watch from 26:00 😂😂
The show that masked guy doing magic used to come on AXN channel "breaking the magician's code". It was based on decoding the common tricks.
I also remember WWE's Maria Kanellis was one of the hot models (distractions) in that show😂
Four magicians doing magic and making people happy. ❤️
"Yogesh Sarkar" the show that was running on Bindass when Varun was on Bindass.
Varun was on bindaas?
The potter head in me is triggered and I’m 25 😂
Kautuk😂
1st minute itself, I burst out laughing thinking about the gaalis Varun must have given him.
The greatest magician from India not only made the "achche din" disappear but also the memory of it.
11:08 - 11:12. Magic trick - Varun's laughter takes a girl voice.
I can sooo sooo relate to Neville bcz
A. i too am so fascinated by Magic, I Have watched most episodes to Breaking Magician's code and Penn and Teller Fool Us.
B. Just like him i hv tried sm tricks soo many times bt i just too bad at it
C. Even i was amazed by Aadar's levitation trick i was about to go back n rewatch it just wen he asked him to do it again
Bawa talking about Terry Pratchet :'))
What a start!!.haha
Thank God the usual timing is back 😘😁
Neville wearing a red Tshirt is a SOLID MOOD!♥️
Tuesday's are always good..😃😃
bawa is passionate for food, traveling and his job. bro pure hearted guy bawa is.
INTERNET FACT : PENN WAS ON A EPISODE OF 'friends' SELLING ENCYCLOPAEDIAS TO JOEY.
Back in 2013-14 Khalsa college had a play called "Dharam" based on the idea that Aadar and Kautuk are talking about at 3:16. Don't know if that's sheer coincidence or Aadar has watched/heard of that play.
0:05 This moment was so pure 😂😂😂😂😂
PC. Sarkar is the indian GOAT, even he's always nice to people and always smiling. Great Arttist. David blaine just took it to another level, it's not magic anymore.
Everytime Aadar said Prestige, the prestige pressure cooker came in my mind 😂😂
Shandar log ho yaar🙌🏿
I can't believe you didn't mention Shin Lim, Steven Brundage ! A magic show I attended during lockdown was an Indian magician Shikhar Kamath.
57:56 Kautuk, it's bhabhuti, not vibhuti man...,😂😂😂😂
Penn was in one of the Friends episode as the encyclopedia salesman
I miss ye time wala TISS :')
Yaaay its TISSDAY❤️🎉
Bhai Log, big fan of your videos. I use it as my workout videos, believe it or not. Dont need music, gies you the adrenaline pump you need!
Penn and Teller 😂💕 best magic show after Breaking the magicians code
Guess pls do a podcast on the theatre life that u all experienced seeing how all of u have done it in diff aspects
I liked the video even before watching it😎
Hindi version of Ron weasely's magic: Ghonghe khao 😂😂🤣🤣
Kautuk ka catch ekdum mast. Hilarious.
Bullet catch trick is also very dangerous. And David Blaine did that breathing under water trick for 7 days
