Basil ** brother mine do some research all these are derived 'om' is pure meditation concept widely spread by Buddha and he was a Hindu devotee at fast and even the greatest books and even the nasa itself concluded "om" is the most Devine sound in the universe... Hum just sounds like omm sohum is also a derived from om.... Just try doing om and then tell me what are the result.... Gratitude brother🙏

My voice is better
God created the human body and instructs us to make a joyful noise unto Him. Singing is healing to the human body because He designed it to be so. Jesus will heal the heart but you are the one responsible for caring for the physical body you've been given. Through Him, all things are possible, including humming yourself to health.
Sound and energy healing is wonderful. This is what I relied on through my illness. Going to church did not help me.
