It looks like Co2 from the wastegate and the other smoke from the exhaust.

The smoke from the left side out of the exhaust is because the turbo is low mount and struggles to get all of the oil back to the pan. The other side is the catch can. This is likely a methanol engine. They produce quite a bit of blowby
