V Rising is quite amazing. Cant wait for Tsushima and Hellblade 2.
v rising is kinda trash
Vrising is really good.
v rising was good until I realized you can't find anywhere to build your base on the dedicated servers and it's a main quest
V Rising release is hella hype. It was already good, the Gloomrot update made it even better (especially remaking a part of their engine to create multifloor castles was really big!) and now there's even more! It's also good that the game actually releases as a 1.0. So many great games kinda lose hype precisely because they never properly release. Take Valheim for example, an absolutely stellar success, but people are like, yeah I'm waiting for the next update before playing again, no the next update... no the next update... At some point you have to finish your game and release the 1.0
bro wtf happened to the gaming industry....
Wdym
Frl everything is so ass now
@@CryAboutItBrowe just getting older
Honestly considering taking a break from gaming until GTA 6 comes out, games just don't seem to have that charm like they used to years ago
Literally
You remind me of mortismal. I like that I can always rely on you to not only have played a game, but played it thoroughly before giving your opinion
Mortismal is great
nobody does it like mort does - but both are good. especially love the detail mort goes into, and even runs them for Steam Deck compatibility, etc.
Mort's only problem is that he's not good at conveying mechanical depth with action titles. As his approach is typically very one note with them. Strategy/rpgs though? He's definitely one of the best.
So stoked for V Rising 1.0! Actually found your channel because of your early V Rising content. Been watching you ever since.
every month I wait for your new games video man.. thanks for the efforts!!
this is sweet, and a little sad.
I've gamed a metric ton in my life, played hundreds of games. V Rising is one of the best games I've ever played. If the vampire aspect is a turn off, look past it. The game is PHENOMENAL, you don't want to snooze on it.
Edit: I’m not thanking anyone for liking my comment. You’re welcome for my popular take player 👋🏻
Couldn't agree more
I picked it up during their last sale there and have been patiently awaiting their 1.0. Looking forward to giving it a try when the time comes!
How is the replayability
@@REDACTED__007 It’s a lot like Rust where there’s weekly/monthly or any variation of wipe schedules. The end game is where the game really shines. You’ll have purpose to keep farming and to stay active on the game/server. I don’t want to expose too much as to why if you never played it but I have about 4K hours on the game and I don’t get bored 😬
nah vamps sucks, literally
Looking forward to V-Risings 1.0 release. Already played about 200h in EA and curious to see what their 1.0 will look like
my brother in christ play other games lmao
@@apotsmokinjedi 200h in 2 years is not a lot.
i get it, just didnt think it had that kinda replay value. most reviews are 40-100 hours playtime but i see a couple around 200.
@@apotsmokinjedi The building after Gloomrot got very cozy. You can spend 40 hours just building your castle now. Tack on a whole game on top of that with leveling, loot, and fun combat, 200 hours seems easy. I agree with you pre Gloomrot. That was a 40 hour game.
Bro I'm right there with you. I've got 260 hours on v rising.
V rising is the best game I ever played thanks for mentioning it
Edit: Thanks for all the comments and likes.
To all saying that V rising cant be my favourite game its just my personal opinion. You dont need to like it too.
Finaly to the suprisingly big amout of people that enjoy V rising as much as I do: On the 8 of May after the Update the "Darkmoon" Server will open again. It has a great commiunity so if u are looking for a server feal free to join.
Lmfao
Meh
man u need to play more games lmao
Ever? Wow
Yikes. Need to experience some other games my friend
I was kinda wondering what games I should play next. Thanks for this.
Wow, honestly...that's a crazy lineup for May. V Rising, GoT, Vigor, Corepunk? I'm stoked
Gamepad support for vrising is awesome
Need to add Wuthering Waves to this list. Its gonna be good.
Ghosts was honestly the most beautiful game I've ever played on the PS5. Never been compelled to use photo mode ever and I took way too many pictures in that game. Cannot wait to see it on PC. I hope it's optimized well..
Really excited for Vigor. Wished for many years for it to release on pc and now it's time. I suggest to try it.
But since it's gonna be also on pc now, i'm concerned about the hackers and if they're gonna have a good anticheat system
I still must get around to playing the first Hellblade game.
It's should be on game pass. It's fantastic. The writing lore and atmosphere are amazing
Same I brought the same a few months ago and still haven’t played it
I always thought the whole puzzle aspect was so mid and got real old real fast. But I enjoyed their combat segments
"10% extra damage to Uninjured Elites[Every Other Wednesday] 😂😂😂
Thanks for the list, didn’t realize the V Rising 1.0, can’t wait to jump back in on that game.
I have a few hours in Homeworld 3. So far, it's really good. If you liked the other Homeworlds, you'll like the third one.
V Rising, Valheim Ashlands, Wuthering Waves (maybe), The First Descendant 🔥
Good to see an MMO making actual progress, hopefully it'll fully release soon!
Vigor map really gives me Firestorm vibes.....(The Battlefield BR mode) Which in my opinion was so underrated...
Did you try ravenswatch? Last update was so good i cant even think about back to Vrising because of it.
Great video as always ! Appreciate your videos.
Vigor was awesome back on console, looking forward to see how its come along aince i moved to pc
What a great in-depth overview of the upcoming games. Subscribed
My most anticipated game this month is Ghost of Tsushima pc , I've wanted to play this game for year and it's finally on pc
D4 S4 releases 2 days before GoT so maybe I will play S4 for 20-30 h, a bit before and after GoT
We need a Jedi/Sith Star Wars using Ghost of Tsushima's combat system
Bro I miss Battlerite so much. V Rising is great, don't get me wrong... but man, it was so fun to just hop into the arena and slug it out vs another team, win/lose, and do it again.
FR
Personally Vrising is THE best survival game out there. Cant wait for 1.0.
yeah... Its not really a survival game. at all.
I'd argue it is.. you have to build a base to stay safe from players and a.i. and if you dont drink blood you slowly die. Gathering, leveling etc. What would you call it? @yaretifordis9043
@@yaretifordis9043 thats literally what it is but okay... google is free

ive played vigor back in the day when it came out on playstaion. it wasn't horrible and its pretty fun with a couple friends. i would think its prettys solid now but compared to gray zone and a ton of other extraction shooters coming out it probably just fade out of the spotlight in a week. But i would still give it a try if its free like it was on consoles.
For anyone thinking vigor is the be all end all sort of thing, you extract to essentially a copy paste of every other persons house and you upgrade parts that enable you to further yourself down the line. Not hugely important but some features the upgrades provide are reasonable if you haven't played before. The game is a decent step away from some shooters and semi sweaty but not hugely just sweaty. It's fun but can be frustrating and as long as you just go in trying to goof, you will enjoy it better but I started by going in with either nothing or knives for a good portion before moving up to only bringing in handguns and some tacticals. Moved up to subs and so on but it's far more enjoyable just finding what best suits you since loot fear is heavy in this too but you can overcome that by taking in what you don't care about and saving the good good for the friend team ups to clap some people.
(WARNING:there are some semi p2w/conveniece items that can be purchased aka thru currency and buying crates that are rarer for better loot or crafting recipes so keep that in mind before playing because that could also heavily be an issue since it's easy to get sole crap for really good guns by just buying the better crates but it's changed over the years my last login I just looked at cosmetics which are also pricey but cool because currency can be earned but also used for loot insurance)
Thanks for the video. I had not even heard of v rising but I'm going to deffo give it a go now 👍
I really enjoyed the fact that you spent more time talking about each game and you weren't super annoying. Subbed.
If you like factorio then The foundry by paradox just came out in early access. I am enjoying so far on my steam deck.
Wow. I may need to give v rising another shot.
Last diablopoch.... is the seasonal theme time travel?
Can't wait to jump back in to V rising. The pvp is soooooo good.
I love these video's. Waiting for Vrising 1.0 :D gonna be very cool to try it again
If any of you choose a game off this list, I hope it’s V Rising. Such a good game. Can’t wait for the influx of new players with the 1.0 release.
Is V Rising coming to the PS5 on May 8th? Or just PC?
So should i wait till day 1 for v rising or start now? Id rather not play for a week then have progression reset.
Wait for full release, ill be doing the same.
This probably isnt your type of game so I can understand it not being in here, but Wuthering Waves is also releasing on May 22nd which wants to be a more skill based Genshin competitor with some „pokemon, gotta catch em all“ mechanics
Force has a way of listing features to games that make it sound like it's jam packed.
I want to like First Descendant and hoping the release does fix some things. I did voice in my last beta survey concerns about the amount of time/effort it seemed like it was going to take to get some additional descendants unlocked beyond the first couple they were giving at the start. That was after the fact they provided accelerated access to some things within the beta that likely aren't going to be present in the release to help with getting feedback on additional things.
Homeworld 3 looks dope. I hope its good.
One game I’m looking forward to on Steam is a game called Selaco the demo’s on it from Next Fest and stuff we’re really promising and comes out May 30th
V Rising on release was honestly one of the best games I’ve ever played. My friends and I had so much fun.
I’m not exactly sure why I haven’t played since. But that game is 100% one of the best most high quality early access games I’ve ever played.
I like these monthly collections, thanks to this I found Manor Lords last month.
First descendant was in beta testing, obviously it was rough around the edges and the progression was all over the place because it was a condensed and cut portion of early game with an idea of mid game
Good coverage, thank you!
Vigor is coming just in time. Always been good. Most importantly didn’t drop there extraction shooter during the complain train. Will def be playing and supporting!
you forgot Wuthering waves
He picked Diablo 4 update instead :), the game and studio everyone should avoid more than gacha. I am looking forward to WuWa, have high hopes!
V rising with gamepad support.. will definitely play in Steam Deck
I bought a PS5 just to play Ghost of Tsushima and I’ll be buying it again on pc. That game is incredible.
King Arthur: Legion IX and Crown Wars: The Black Prince if you enjoy turn based combat also coming out this month.
great vid as usual. 7 days to die? isnt it releasing in May? if, so, cant wait!!
Been a year since I've played V-Rising. Looks like I will reinstall after work! Great game then, can't wait to see the updates!
Great stuff!
The only problem I have with multiversus is that dodging is too fast paced.. It quickly becomes weapon spam and true combo spam.
D4 slowly coming out of early access is great news. Maybe few more seasons and it's time to give this game a try.
I want to be into and hyped about Descendant, there is the looming Nexon monetizing for me as well. I wish they would just charge $70 for the game and give people optional cosmetic's. But if they did charge that box price I'd expect the emphasis on story instead of grind.
A game called Abiotic factor released on May 2nd, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has nostalgia for half-life. It need more attention.
Played Vigor on Switch a bunch and it's a really cool game with different game modes, satisfying progression system and a lot to do in the world when you deploy. Check it out, boys!
V Rising going to fun - love 'em Swedish studios, quality without the cost of DLCs / Micro transactions.
one that I think you totally should add to this list is Ubisofts XDefiant is officially releasing in May as well... FINALLY.
Not a new game by any means, but WoW MoP remix starts the 16th. Might be a fun play for some.
The first descendant will 100% have egregious P2W bs MTX. Corepunk is incredibly yawn inducing(imo).
How about Wuthering Waves ? Will you cover it ?
I need to get back into v rising redownloading it rn actually
Still has a Steam link on their site, but can't be found on Steam lol
Lunar: AREN'T I LOOKING SHARP TODAY?
Homeworld 3 will be an instant buy for me.
I loved Multiversus. Glad it's back.
2500 hours on v rising and I gotta say there’s nothing quite like it it has a special place in my gamer heart
Ghost of Tsushima is one of the best games i have ever played. I got the Platinum trophy on PS5 and i am currently replaying it on New game+. If you are on PC and looking for a beautiful and immersive single player story i highly recommend trying it out! Great video as always.
V Rising is easily one of my favorite games. So stoked for 1.0
Only game I am interested in on this list is V Rising! I never played it so I am thankful to get to experience the 1.0 launch here in a few days. Looks awesome!!!
I would of like to see a scroller to be able to take the amount of material u wanted of the resource in v rising bc u want like 15 of a 200 stack its kinda annoying ngl they could use a qol update
V Rising :) can't wait for the 8th!
I absolutely loved playing Ghost Of Tsushima! very beautiful game.
I'm really looking forward to The First Decendant
highlighting games that actually release with full version instead of game that comes on early access is great
Can't wait for Corepunk, finally!
the first descendant comes in 25 May?
Soulmask is Awesome! Open Beta for another week. Look it up and give it a go. So addicting!
The first descendant is the only game i look forward to this year, i did enjoy the Beta last year 🙂
The ghost of tsushima is really good. I highly recommend you pc bros to try it out. Its nothing like bamham series though.
Tom Clancy’s xdefiant drops may 21st as well
Low key really excited for V Rising getting controller support. Fingers crossed for Steamdeck verification!
Can you please take a look at Drakantos? Insanely sleeper game about to be released
based on what i have read. GOT would require a PSN account link to play in PC
The real question is do you still load everyone else's stash in D4?...
It seems you've slept on Abiotic Factor like many others.
Looking forward to Diablo 4 season 4. Haven't played for almost a year.
Hyped for Vigor on PC. Aiming on controller with 0 aim assist is such a horrible feeling
Animal Well comes out in May
First game published by Dunkeys new company Big Mode
Looks interesting
Force, you should mention that Legends Mode In Ghost of Tsushima is a multiplayer mode.... and irs awesome
He did.
all these survival games with free 2 play length crafting and harvesting times is wild, games like v rising and enshrouded look cool but im not spending an hour on harvesting a single resource node and another hour on a crafting timer...
The craft times have their place being a large PvP game. It helps with the acquition of power not being something that can be finished in 6 hours and then have you stomping every new player from that moment on. However, there is a solution. Play on a server with instant speeds. Solved. Really a great game that shouldn't be missed for that reason when it's so easily circumvented.
@@orbbb24 pro tip, i appreciate u
Vigor was fun on Xbox years ago. Just felt a bit clunky
Combat being better on Hellblade is a big deal.. The core mechanics in the first game was actually pretty good but it just needed more depth to really bring it up to a AAA game, I'm hoping they'll be able to do that while still balancing it and not making it too easy.
Me excited at the start of the video :)
Me immediately crushed after the first 3 games I’m not into
