Spencer Loop USL Salary is 2,000$ a month in average . You can make that much working a 9-5 job minimum wage . I wouldn’t be shocked if they were equal . The USL pay is a joke

I really don’t consider USL Professional they play in empty stadiums , baseball fields , and they get paid so badly that the only reason that some players don’t need extra jobs is because they help them with housing which I know from experience . Sadly most Americans can’t go over seas cause Visas are difficult to obtain & making contacts isn’t easy . So they are stuck with this . The MLS isn’t the greatest it’s on the level of the lower divisions in Europe in terms of Overall Talent but at least it’s Proper Professional . The USL is really Semi-pro in my opinion in terms of standard of play and pay . So it really makes me irritated calling this League Professional cause it really isn’t deserving of in all honestly .

Yesterday in training I went for a slide tackle and when I did I felt a tweak in my groin. It wasnt terrible, but its the day after now and sometimes when I perform a movement I'll feel a stabbing sensation in the groin area. The pain isnt that bad and passes almost instantly, the thing is though, I have a game tomorrow and Im a bit worried because I really dont want to make it worse and have to go through something similar to what Matt did. Any advice would be appreciated
‘Make sure to rest for now and ice it. If it feels better by tomorrow considering maybe just playing one half of the game or something if you do feel any pain, don’t continue. Get out of the game and ice it.
Yo, before match put on a creme which warmes up your groin. You should feel a very warm almost burning feeling in the area normally you won't feel the pain while playing if it isn't too bad of an injury. I don't actually know how this creme is called in englisch but in german it's called,,Traumasalbe''
