In the Philippines we're lucky. Because every goddamn subdivisions, villages,have a water refilling businesses. In our neighborhood alone theres one. Our tap water also have chlorine like every other countries. But because of these water refilling businesses, we have access to distilled mineral water 24/7 0.35 cents a GALON Delivering everyday like milk. So sodas are only popular in diners or small scale restaurants here.

Does Mexico not have bags of water, in Honduras buying a bottle of water is expensive compared to a little bag of water (500ml) which is usually bought, at around 0.08$ whereas a bottle of coke costs $1
I live in New York but i have family from Mexico in a tiny small village between moutains where it’s impossible to get running water around their you can only get it from big jugs of water or from truck that ships containers of water

They do it's ciel, The video doesn't talk about it but Mexicans buy garrafones that are 20 L for aprox. 3 dollars. It's not common to buy bottled water because you just refill your flask.
