Thanks for great content! Please correct me if I am wrong, it seems that the "Search for an individual" component is similar to "Get Records" component. The same logic can be applied with "Get records" with email field query. If Yes, what is the point to have the "Search Individual" component in the middle?

It uses Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) to find and filter on contact, lead, or employee records. Get Element is more of a general purpose element that can retrieve records from any object in Salesforce.
