You are so lucky to have parents and in laws home in same building. I feel there is no need to have a studio. You can use your bedroom (parents home) as studio bcz it does feel like an esthetic studio already. So there would be no wastage of money, time and you can spend your time with your parents too. But whatever do what you like and get well soon😊😊
The extra bedroom can be used as a at home movie theatre / game room/ home gym

Extra room may be you can use for your warehouse from skion/ simba lifestyle, that basically you use the entire flat for your business/office/warehouse purpose so that all your work is done at one place.

Hi Maddy.....I am a nail tech myself and I would recommend you go with gel extensions or overlays instead of acrylic, it wouldn't damage your nail bed as much as acrylics and hope you like it, it would definitely last less than acrylics but it is much safer for your nails. ❤
Maybe u can try to make that room for full of sliding backgrounds walls n convert it to a photoshoot space which can save time for you go to studios n u can do those photoshoots in that room only

Hope you are doing good.. One suggestion for the empty/extra room in the studio is that you can use it as a dedicated space for your sit down videos or makeup videos with an aesthetic background as you enjoy that.. you can keep all your makeup,skincare and your shoot equipments there.. so that hall doesnt look cluttery and will be easy to use when vlogging or having friends over to the studio.

As for the suggestion, you can have a space for all your PR packages. Sometimes it gets stuffed a lot. So if you have a dedicated space just to keep your PR parcels it would be nice.

-Or a mini Cute aesthetic cozy Library to just chill read books and admire nature from the windows and just slow cozy evening ✨️
