Marc is a designer I admire so much, he is respectful of other designer work. He can skillfully redesign the classic . (Westwood High heels ) he always often promotes and educates fashion culture. Cause fashion is about sharing , everyone can dress up beautifully with their style.

I do appreciate the devolution of Marc Jacobs into something far more thought provoking, even if it references other's work. It still requires ingenuity to make it work. The runway heels are just that.

I love this, but why Spring?
I love Marc and have known him since his salesmen days at Charivari NYC. But unless a woman wears the shoes shown on the runway these designs will look like bag lady dressing. You need the height to show the beauty of the workmanship.
Interesting point. I think the pink and green dresses at 3:44 is looked like sheets one might cover up with to leave a building in case of fire.

Love the collection, I recognize the references that he has interpreted in an honest and creative way, but I HATE those shoes ( same chez Valentino...) Galliano and McQueen did the 12 inches heels as well, and they were masterpieces. These specific shoes are just Horrific, such a pity for this beautiful collection, which was a bit dragged down just because of them!
