Gotta say, I really like Nat. The love he shows for these cards & the history (IE: a kid having the mantle in his bike spokes) is just amazing. Thanks for the interview!!
Now this is a collection and the guy seems so chill about it. This is the kind of hobby I like. People collecting what they want and not always concerned about the money.
Didn’t know about this guy until the video.. he seems very down to Earth, which is quite the surprise in this hobby. All I see are these UA-camrs with an annoying flex like attitude. Hats off to this guy 🫡
Daniel, your replies would hold much more weight if your grammar didn’t reflect that of a 4 year old. The sentence doesn’t even make sense lol. That being said, who in business does not want to maximize profit. I’m sick of people saying, “he or she doesn’t care about the customer” just because people like you think so. You don’t communicate any reason as to why you feel that way. The man has gone from doing tiny UA-cam videos covering card shows and the like, to building one of the largest brick and mortar card stores in North America. On top of ”Cards HQ” he has built numerous brands within the hobby that could sell tomorrow for millions. He has daily videos informing people on the state of the hobby, and does so consistently. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say you’ve never met the man, prob don’t have a clue what what he is like, and have prob never in your life given a pack of cards to a young collector, while Jeff gives 1000’s of $$ worth of cards away on a weekly basis. What have you done for the hobby lately, especially the younger generation. Seems to me, all you have done is talk sh&$! on the internet, and of course, like everyone else, it’s after you took the time out of your day to watch the video of a man you talk trash about. You’re the epitome of the word “hater”.
Amazing stuff that a majority of collectors never even see. It’s gotta be way north of 30M. Next time I’d love to see his favorite cards that are personally significant rather than just monetarily significant. Like his first auto or first set, some random card with a story behind it. Hes gotta have a million stories.
The owner of any grading company should not be allowed to grade their own cards, it's a huge conflict of interest. especially considering they can control pop reports which they do
Fanatics has rumored that they are going to start a grading department in their company and that sure as hell is not right because you can't produce the cards and then grade your own friggin cards!! That's creating a Monopoly in the industry and I guarantee you Congress will step in and bust Fanatics a new ass and stop them! I am hoping Congress will step in anyway on the fact that Fanatics has bought out every major card company and it's clearly a Monopoly being run on the industry!! We will have to see on that but I think I'm right on that prediction!!!
Theres Levels to even High End Collecting. Geoff has an amazing collection with big cards but Nat is on a whole other Level all by himself. I knew about alot of his cards already but there was still so many that were just mind blowing i had no idea he had. Absolutely Amazing
If you get negative about this video I am not sure if you really appreciate cards. Yes they are out of reach of 99% of collectors but this is pure collecting. It’s like walking into an art gallery. You can still admire the art but not be jealous. Great video and those PMGs are amazing
@@dukeax6241the CEO of a company has a collection worth millions, with the value highly tied to controlling a pop report. Not to mention the amount of psa 10s shown that had obvious flaws. He has major conflict of interest when it comes to his position.

Now....THIS! Is what "investing" looks like kids. Like I always say....."The best cards already exist". The Red PMG MJ might be the best basketball card of all time imo. I LOVE that his best cards are not PSA 10's. I miss cards soo rare, the grade doesn't matter because you appreciate just owning a copy. We lost that in the hobby. P.S The biggest modern collectors are buying basketball. Love it. Basketball is the future.
I loved this, great to see a collector with such pride and joy talking about each prize, from my perspective the PSA 10 1959 and 1962 Mantle's were the highlight, what amazing cards! I've been collecting since 1989 and have bought and sold some very tough PSA 9 vintage cards, and even more modern ones like a PSA 9 1996 E-X Credentials Kobe Bryant, but these PSA 10 vintage cards blew me away!
His unopened wax collection would make people pass out. This dude clearly has the best collection on the planet. His boxes of unopened cards would be a good video to do next!!!!!
Others may be on his level from a market value standpoint (T206 Wagner, etc) but looking at the sheer totality of his collection with all these massive cards and complete sets, I agree he's at the top of the mountain.
Marshall Fogel's collection might be the only one I can think of that could trump Nat's. But it's much more vintage heavy. He has a collection larger than the actual HOF with bats, balls, jersey's, gloves, cards, etc. Nat mentioned him for one of the vintage PSA 10's where he owned the only other copy. Jeff and a couple others have done interviews with him where he showed stuff off. Definitely worth a watch.
He has a room in his apartment that is just unopened boxes. He’s my cousin. Haven’t been to his apartment in But my dad said it’s incredible how much unopened boxes he has.

I thought the Fleer Metal cards would end up being the most sought after set of cards ever and they are in my opinion in the past few years being recognized as one of the most iconic cards ever produced!!
I don’t have his disposable money, but he has good taste in cards. If I did have his disposable money I think I would have a collection similar to his, one can dream. Amazing collection.
I don’t collect basketball but enjoyed the cards. I may start collecting vintage baseball as that was my youth. Hope he likes football which my son only collects - really hope he respects football😊. Enjoyed this as I have really been debating collecting baseball vintage myself after years of modern football with my son.
Great collection and video. Highly doubtful Jordan hand numbered any of these. I’ve read old Beckett Magazine articles. Typically when they got them back card companies would pay a professional calligrapher or just use their employee with the best handwriting to number them.
Unbelieveable nice collection! Pure passion 🍀😊 every collector worldwide must be jealous on this collection 🙏 great video Geoff, good conversation and background information as usual 🍀 keep on this great work 👍🍀

My Dad pulled a Stockton red way back when. It sat in a Cardsaver with no sleeve for decades until we went through his colllection. Got it graded by SGC as we did many cards when PSA was closed. Came back a SGC 5.5 and sold it Cajun Cardboard I am pretty sure for 11k.
Fantastic collection. It takes a lot to make me almost speechless with a collectors' collection, but this is definitely one of the better ones I've seen. The Griffey cards are definitely my favorite of the video but everything was great. Some of those Mantle 10s are questionable, lol... but fantastic nonetheless. Thank you for sharing.

Sorry, Nat Turner, God bless his soul, but Kobe was "not" the reason this set was so big, way back in 1996, it was Allen Iverson first, then Stephon Marbury. Yes, today...hindsight is 2020, but from someone who has been collecting cards since the late 70's, one who was anticipating this product, weeks before it was released, who, back then, purchased several boxes of this product, to both crack/rip, but to also sit on, of which I did for a few years, until i sold my four unopened boxes back in 2003, because i wanted to purchase and invest in the high-end product of some guy, named Lebron! I worked many trade deals and sold many of the cards from this set at card shops and shows, I absolutely know Allen Iverson was what made this set huge, at the time of release and a year or two after, as Iverson and Marbury started immediately and Kobe didn't start his first game until January 1997.

It's pretty crazy I agree except for him trying to control pop reports. Just conjecture on your part.
Agreed, but it looks like most of his cards are rarely PSA 10. The rarity of the cards alone blows up value
There’s a decent amount of objectivity to grading. Psa 10s that clearly should have been graded lower will reflect that in sales price
