He basically confirmed everything we already knew bc WE KNEW SOMETHING WAS OFF WITH KARLISSA! She uses her kids as a spin off and she is an opportunist. She talks in circles, she is verbally and mentally abusive! This is why blue is the way he is ! Her husband is enabling her narcissistic behaviors out of fear that she placed on him long ago. My ex was like this . My mother is still like this and as for me, well it made me so aware that i became a child trauma therapist! I now advocate for kids that go through trauma mostly by their own parents ..i pray blue and the siblings get healing so they can break the generational curse and barriers tht their mom has placed in their life.

My grandmother had her first child at 15 and got married and those Mothers back then raised their children, nieces, nephews and any other child in the village that needes anything and my oldest Uncle NEVER disrespected nor acted in a way of being my Grandmother's friend, nor did any of her other children. I live in Jamaica btw, it's not easy here...but I did my best for both my kids and they're now grown, they're disciplined, full of manners and quite independent. I didn't take them to church, cz I was too busy partying I guess...so I know I slipped up there so now that they're grown and not going to church, I feel real bad...cz I now attend church on a regular. At 43...I look like I'm in my early 30's, but I ain't gonna do ish to make my kids or my relatives or other ppl look down on me. This generation now has the mentality that they will do whatever not caring what nobody thinks...they glorify mediocrity and gets carried away by social status.

Story time. This is real talk. I haven’t talked to my mom in over 14 years. Then she found out she’s dying did she ever try to say sorry for talking shit about your grandkids being another race. No joke as she was dying no one said anything good about her then she died 26 of September almost two years the day she died no one still said anything good about her. It was really sad to hear from so many people that no one said anything thing good about her. It was really sad. Because I even feel that way. I forgave her but can’t ever forget. My parents made sure that we had books at home and library cards. They were strict, but they let us go to the library. TBC I do understand that school can strengthen reading skills but no parent should depend on school 100% to teach her child. I made my son read books out loud to me…standing up…not pacing and making eye contact. Ask some random bm such as a corner boy to read the front page of the NYT….you’d be surprised. I was reading at 3 years old without ever having been homeschooled or going to public school.
