If you put 100 players into the room for a 2 player game. Then, pass out 50 copies of the game. You don't say a word the whole time. You only listen. You teach, explain, and answer the questions of 5 referees, before the players show up. These referees answer player's questions not you. What you do is listen, and take notes on your observations. You thank all the participants at the end of the play test. You should come away knowing a great deal about what you got right, and what you got wrong.

You’ll also need to record each 50 tables, otherwise you won’t be able to physically listen to all of them at the same time the limits of your two legs

This is such a good discussion. Leo's sheet would be a great tool with the Art of Game Design deck of Lenses. There are some cards that are a little video game-centric but can easily be reworked to apply to tabletop games.

Love this game. It does take a while to learn the terms for card movement.
