When i ran a LCU in Vietnam nobody got their feet wet when they left my boat,,,
LCU has a much longer ramp, this guy can pull up in 4-6ft of draft tho. Also with the LCM 8 series the ramp can have a hard time coming back up if you drop it too low.
Must have had some steep beaches. Bet you couldn't do it in Korea where I was.
