I make 2K a Month on my Military Disability. I'm stocking up on my Dividend Stocks currently, over 120 USD a Month there but that will be climbing higher each Month. I'm 45, and I just want to be where the Costs are Low, but the Quality is Nice. I'm American, and I've NEVER lived in a place that nice.
Sick video brother, thinking about moving there in a year or so, gotta level up the business first:) One question i had in mind was when does it rain there and how often?
Not much. The apartments in Thailand are super tiny. There's a reason why 90% of the video is a building tour. The apartment is nothing. For $600 a month I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, 3 balconies and a view of the Ionian sea in Albania. So yeah. Thailand not looking too hot.
Compared to where I’m from in the USA $600 for the apartment in this video is an absolute steal. In the USA $600 would get you a closet for a room. Guess it’s all about perspective and location in the world that depends on how much bang you get for your buck. Cheers g🫡
I don't have Instagram, bro... but on the real, if you can help with those things, I'm open to the help. I'll be spending 2025 working up the funds, so I'm at least a Year Out from an actual move while I get ducks in a row over here. But I'm pretty much done with the working part of my life, at least on a 9 to 5. Medically Retired Military Vet, going to School on Uncle Sam's dime, that has my SEC+ Certificate and should be competent enough to work remote when my education is done. Won't be to long, and I'll be set up. Just that Retirement Visa isn't until 50, and I need to stack what... 28K that has to sit in the bank the whole time?

This the same building that Isaiah Ashley lives in. He also has a UA-cam channel.
Ah yeah I was in his video funny enough in the background playing the arcade with my girl😂
The architects create the actual living space like cages and give more space to amenities, so basically you are paying for the amenities...
$600 here compared to $600 in the USA is night and day difference a shed in the hood and a 5 star condo in paradise😂
Perfect description!
@@jackbaldwin3649 thanks g
How was you on that 5th Floor and NOT show us the Community Garden, just off to the side of the 'grounding' area? BRO! Go back, dew et egain! :P
Ah yeah didn’t think it was worth the effort😂

Honestly the girlfriend seems like a necessity in Bangkok if you want a clean place.
Never heard a more true statement, I never have cleaned once😂
