Curious question about the knob is it plastic? Metal? Also love your channel. Been really enjoying how you actually show your live gameplay during tests and not only charts
This is why I chose the Ryzen 5 2400G as my first Ryzen build. The Vega 11 iGPU proved to be very capable especially if you have 16 to 32GB of fast RAM. I was able to play most games at medium high to high settings at 1080p (at the time) until I was able to snag a brand new RX 570 for $120 USD back in early 2019.
I played with the idea to get something like the 2400g or something newer, but the power draw was a concern to me (for internet browsing and multimedia anything with more than 50 W of power consumtion is way to much). So this device seemed to be fitting my needs and it does (even something, that i play from time to time, like TES Skyrim /Oblivion or the Fallout series works perfectly fine with this, without drawing a lot of power). Still, i am curious, to find out of how much power the newer better versions of this APU has. Maybe i will get my hands on a "G" series AMD CPU/APU for desktop for cheap and try it out myself, just for the convenience and the fun of it.
Mikkel ur dream is to have a large collection of GPU. But my dream is to atleast get a pc on which i can play on 60 fps 🥲. Right now i don't even have a console or any pc. I have money for an rtx 3060 laptop. But my dad says it's not worth it. And he would not let me buy it.
I always get impressed by your videos, everything about PC have I learned from you. You are one of the bestc creators on this platform. You seem genuine and a nice person. Thank you for providing such amazing content, your golden!!
THANK YOU so much for this review!! I was trying to find a pc meant to play smaller games as a starter (I'm new to pc's) and this one is PERFECT for me. Definitely earning another sub here
Thanks for the review, i like the PC, but that model originally appeared with an APU 4600U and this is a revision with Ryzen 5600U, so i hope next year we can see a new version with Ryzen 6000 and DDR5 RAM.
amd ryzen 5 5600g its only cost 155$, its the best budget pc to begin with, and u can a strong gpu in the future like a gtx 1660, or gtx 1070, without bottleneck by the cpu of the ipu
1st time I see your review bro to be honest. but a 70 pfs in dota2 it means a lot. for dota2 players accuracy is the most important in dota2. by the way i appreciate your review output. in other games. much love
To be honest, i bought this device, because i wanted some sort of a low powered multimedia device, that i use for internet browsing, watching movies and listening to music, without overpaying for a capable laptop/notebook. The good thing about this, is, that it is capable of gaming at least some e-sports titles at 1080p and some AAA titles from a couple of years ago with 720p low/medium/high settings (with some even older titles even 1080p high without a problem) with above 30 fps avg and does not draw more that 30 W of power. It serves all of my needs at a low power draw. But i wouldn't call it a "gaming device" like the advertisement tries to do. It still has its niche.
Thanks for the review! I may not have the R5-5600U but i got the "G'' version with integrated graphics. So at least i know what type of games I can run. :D
in dota2 you can use fsr turn on anti-aliasing and on dx11 only put the game screen render quality to 80% ,in that you can click on fidelity fx super resolution and nice viedo btw
just a quick tip for the future of your benchmarking kryspp! Fortnite performance mode doesn't use any multithreaded rendering! So if you have a cpu (like the r5 5600u) that has a lot of threats (12), you will be getting more fps on dx12 lowest settings.
Great video kryzzp loving your videos i just have one question what other hardware monitoring apps can I use msi afterburner doesn't display my fps in all games like cs go
Any chance you could do a new Cyberpunk on the GTX 1080 video?. I'm buying a 2nd hand 1080 as my upgrade (currently on a 980) and i'd love to see how it performs on the latest patch. Performance on my 980 has gone up considerably since the launch of the game, and it would be cool to see how the game peforms on my next gpu lol. Watched your old vid but obviously the game has been updated a lot since then. Great fun channel by the way.
i have the same thing in my laptop with 8gb of ram and it performs superb for a thin and light laptop, also it goes upto 25 watts of power with igpu and the temps manage to stay between 65-75 degrees in a 32 degree room
Did u heard for FSR 2.0 Mod ? I have tried it on dying light 2 and is amazing.. the image quality is much better and the fps boost is decent. I think that mod can be used on any game that support dlss.
On aliexpress they sell 15.6 inch 144hz ips montor, i orderd one a few days ago, might be a cool product to review on your channel, its 120 euro including shipping.
I have a amr5 and learned that if u put the games graphic settings on borderless Fullscreen , depending on the game it can run well or worse , there was a recent driver update and starwars battle front 2 plays at 1080p 60 hz ultra 20-40 fps , I don't plan on sticking with this GPU , I am saving up for rx 6700 xt so I can run better games
Just seen Steam OS installed on one of these Ryzen 5000 Mini PCs. With Steam OS you can enable "Systemwide FSR" on a Vega iGPU (you know, how AMD claims "RSR" is only possible with dedicated RDNA graphics cards, for "technical reasons" LOL)
2666mhz cl19 bottlenecks that apu so hard, wonder if the bios has ability to change memory timings? it would make a huge difference, like 50% more fps difference if you give it 3800cl14 memory with all other timings also tuned as tight as possible ( this is important)
Yeah, it shouldn't even try to game on that shit, it's running at half of it's capabilities... I love mini PC's, i do have a Desk Mini, but all of them are a complete fail, without full size RAM.
I don't understand their decision to so horribly cripple the performance of the IGPU with that awful ram. They decided to save money in the worst possible area and it's definitely decreased the chances of me buying it. But in saying that I'm sure there's plenty of people who just won't know any better and will end up buying this shit.
Late upload! As that wasn't enough YT is taking hours to process HD! Sorry about that!
Have a great day/night everyone!

That's a good deal, I think the 12400F is a better budget CPU. Not better APU though :)
Now i can see what i can do with this integrated graphic. Thank you :D
LOL I WAS LOOKING FOR REVIEWS ON THIS AND MY FAVORITE UA-camR MADE ONE LESS GOOOO (it's you)
What was the price of that mini PC? It performs quite well from what you've showed us.
It's 580$ but I will have discount codes soon!

The mini pc : /
I love how he shocks us with new content and good video's gotta say ur a legend!!! Keep up with this content.

An External GPU would make this a beast
Any idea what egpu or gpu will air best with this p.c.?
Wattage is a issue, most external gpu need minimum of 65 watts too work
Ah, finally Sunday video! Have a nice day anyways:)
Watching on a Monday but a good Sunday vid like always , nice to see how well the APU's handle the games nowadays
I've been waiting for this video!
Facecam lighting looks great!
May I ask? Is Your Job only making these cool UA-cam videos? If Yes then very cool.
