I just got a pair of redwing beckmans just like this one and when I need to get them resoled I believe it would be an great move for me to send them over to you for this exact treatment! Maybe w few differences for my own personal preferences tho (not the biggest fan of the storm welt Look on it but I don’t hate it either!)

Why was the insole changed? Were they damaged? Also, great job on those 877s. Leather outsoles don't get enough love these days. I have a vintage pair of 877 Setters that I'm thinking of sending your way for JR's now. Soon as I wear out the wedge sole.
Agreed. Insoles looked to be in great shape. I can understand changing out the midsole, but didn't appear to be necessary. Great job on these Beckmans! They look absolutely fantastic. Thanks for sharing.

Red Wing has to fine a way cut cost to complete with cheap makers !! They don't care when cobblers are going to recraft them after the consumer is going to change then out !!
Shame on you Red Wing. No real leather mid sole. A shoe that costs more than 300 dollars. At the price, it's shameful that you want to save a dollar here. Greetings Robby

I thought Beckmans had a leather midsole?
They have 2,one is leather and the other is fiberboard
@@dre1935 They do. I had Aaron replace the original leather footbeds and midsoles to new ones.
