In MS Word, I used to be able to put in auto citations within a document (i.e.,, refer to a ‘bookmark’ as well as the automatically generated page number where it occurs within a document)

As far as I know, this feature may not be available in docs. However, I would recommend an excellent app with that and many other functionalities, it’s called Notion!

When i insert image it automatically goes to the header, so all the page has the same image, how to put it on just one page?

Make sure you are on the middle of the page, then choose insert photo from menu bar instead of dragging and dropping, hope it solves, if not feel free to reach out through my handles.
