Yeah that's one of the main reasons i dont like gta 5. I wished paramedics had a purpose. Heck i wished in gta 5 firefighter's had a purpose by gta 5 adding random forest fires. I guess their focus was on multiplayer. I give Rockstar credit tho. Rockstar tackled adding so much to cover every aspect all gta fans admired.It's just too bad they didnt have gameplay updates. I hate the combat, the fact humans have no life, the fact that police shoot you immediately, that gta 4 had comedy clubs and night clubs however 5 doesn't, and there's no toll booths. Other than that i think 5 is decent.

that's how it works in san andreas, when you die you respawn in hospital fully healthy and ready, with a 5000 dollar fine of course, the more people they kill, the more money the government gets, and people is unharmed, its quite hardcore but it works

One day I called the medical service ... 1 minute and the ambulance was coming in the opposite direction crashing with traffic and pedestrians ... and the curious thing is that the Driver got out of ambulance and stole a parked car .... and started to fight with the one inside .. I just enjoyed the show.
The NPC's in GTA IV is probably the most entertaining I've seen in any game EVER. There was a time where I was in a car chase with the cops and it once I looked behind me I saw at least 3 cops in a TAXI they had stolen just to keep up with me. It was fucking hilarious
I am sure we all saw that One time where the Police has a shootout and the traffic acts like dick heads and runs other the cops/criminals and when the cops leave, they leave One of there partners behind..
for me the best storyline of a game is mafia 2! great game! I like the driving of gta 5, but the crashing physics were better in gta 4. actually. I'm working on beating gta 4. lol

1:03 isn't accurate. Haven't you heard of one-punch kills? The impact isn't from the punch itself, but when the skull hits the concrete floor that kills the man. Its far too common here in Australia, where bar fights can lead to this sort of a thing.

The one punch kill im talking about is when the punch is unexpected and they fall over from the shock of it all.
