I feel you. I kept waking up earlier this morning because this week's hard sessions are already on my mind. I'm not worried about completing them, but they've got me spun up almost like a race.

What a video!!!! Thank you so much for all that you do for the community. I’m going through hell right now but this has given me the motivation to get out and work on myself at every level.

Watched your interview with For the Kudos around mental health and it was honestly one of the best, most vulnerable podcast episodes I’ve seen.
Love hearing you share your story! You never know who needed to hear it

Great video and the additional bonus bit at the end was perfect! People pleasing and codependency can be so damaging. Running has given me so much confidence, I feel like a new person and the people pleasing bit with this new me, had to go. Keep this content coming. It’s brilliant and thank you.

Whisper: you've got a little booger! Now that's a wingman! 😆 The pup probably thinks you're playing with him, running back and forth. I love mantras, I have an ever growing list, and I read it over before a big effort, and latch onto whatever one rings that day. I love the idea of changing something up, I'll try that! Loved your message at the end. Build a life you love.

My brain tells me the exact same. I need to trick it sometimes by telling it I'm only going out for a few miles and when I'm out and going I'm alright. Great video.

What a great video, although I watched it whilst ironing work shirts instead of going for my run. Truly inspirational everything you say about life and mix it in with great tips for running too. Keep up the good work and glad you're in a good place.

What was the temp and why don´t you wear tights or some sort of protection especially on for your knees? I´ve read cold is not good for knees which have nothing to warm them

    I like to ask myself:
Would I still do it, if I was the last person on earth?
Would I still do it if absolutly nobody on earth would be interested in running?
    Of course!
