My mother always used to save her butter wrappers. She would put them in the freezer if she didn't need to butter a pan right away. Then when she was baking, she'd just pull a wrapper out of the freezer.
I’m definitely trying these. Could even put chocolate chips on top when it’s warm out of the oven and then spread on as frosting. I love peanut butter and chocolate together.
I've loved peanut butter since I was introduced to it as a kid, but finding the perfect peanut butter baked item has proved elusive. This recipe looks like a strong contender. Only one way to find out!
These look delicious!! Just stumbled across your channel ..you are a natural on camera!!! new subscriber here!! What was the gadget you used to get the peanut butter out so easily???❤❤
A youtube chef who is not a salt-o-phobe! A little bit of salt is essential to bring out the flavor in sweet baked goods. I love that you not only use salted butter -- the only butter I ever have in my house -- but you add a little bit of additional salt to get the flavor properly enhanced. There's way too much salt-free and too-low-salt cooking out there for my taste.
Since you asked, recipe works using all natural chunky peanut butter, although I omitted the 2 T of oil. Seemed totally unneeded and it was as these are tasty. Rather than ice them, I sprinkled some chocolate chips on the top before baking. I softened the butter in the microwave and then used the wrapper to grease the pan. Did not need parchment paper, they come out just fine.

I love this so much!
I made those tonight and they came out super good. Thank you Louise.
I love anything peanut butter and anything brownie!❤
Im literally drooling watching this. Peanut butter is an addiction for me
Me too. I’m content with the jar of peanut butter and a spoon and then don’t bother while I indulge 😂😂😂😂

I wanted to know if you have a recipe for the s'more cookies. I just can't find the perfect combination. Thank you
Yum! I'd like to try adding mini chocolate chips to the batter and a chocolate drizzle on top of the frosting.
Ooooooh, I think you might be onto something!

Thanks! I added the oil during the last test because I thought they were a tad too dry, but I'm glad you enjoyed them without it!
Yum
They are so good!
Why are they called blondies? I make chocolate chip cream cheese brownies. Every always asks for them 🧏🏻♀️🧏🏻♀️🧏🏻♀️
Baking is so difficult the measurements and variables… I do it semi home made… but my go to. Much luv 🫶🏻 you make it seem so easy girl🫶🏻
No cocoa powder makes them blondies instead of brownies.
