These guys are lucky im bot their boss. I would of told them to get off the job and go find the right tools for the job. Foo was using a pipe wrench on a bolt like wtf 😂
Nothing wrong with using a pipe wrench on old/seized bolts or that old valve stem he was trying to move IF he replaces the bolt for the replacement install. Which technically speaking, all the hardware should be replaced, and proper torque should be utilized with the install.
No flanges no gaskets, that must be the easiest valve to install

One was an adjustable spanner 🔧 (shifter) the other was ratchet/socket set
