Does anyone else get into a weird rumination cycle where you are stuck between visualizing and dreaming, and in the morning you feel like you didn’t sleep at all?
yes that is why i stopped after a few nights, id be in a strange state all night like you said between visualizing and dreaming, waking up multiple times a night and it caused my sleep to not be restful. Im gunna try tonight again and keep practicing until i get the hang of it. Like she said this takes practice like anything so im determined. I think ill just try inner conversation or affirmations instead of visualizing cuz it charges me up so much and ill just keep playing out scenes in my head and it messes w my sleep.
Reminds me of self hypnosis! Give your self suggestions of what you want to be do and have . As if you already have it etc. You should realize an effect in doing so. Sooner or later. If you're sleeping with some one in bed that you trust be aware they could whisper into your ears while you're sleeping thereby making an impression on your subconscious mind. Some are not aware of it. Some listen to subliminal recordings while sleeping also. Our subconscious minds are impressional for good or bad be careful what you ask/wish for/ let in!
I keep trying different things. I’m going to try visualizing in a chair before I go to bed, and then just go to bed and try to maintain the generally positive feeling state, without trying to visualize. I get so mad, because I WANT to be able to do this! Maybe it is something that you can get better at with practice.
I think it happens to all of us😂 but Neville said PERSIST! so yeah don't let that stop you. Imagine teaching a child to tie their shoelaces, you have to show them many times before they understand. And some of them, for a long time, will do the bunny ear bow and it's still good! So just persist persist persist
I have insomnia and I'm a light sleeper so I have too much time to do sats before sleep. And my neighbours are frigging lousy so I have to shut down from that disaster too lmao. We all have issues I guess but just persissssstttt friends ❤😂
SATS goes one of two ways for me: I either fall asleep or can't control the direction of my thoughts 😴
you have always did sats.....befor sleep....everyone do sats withut knowing.......for manifestation we have t do sats with the scenes looped about what we whant to see
Missy also says we can use affirmations instead of visualisation. Also I notice my mind wandering away.. I feel when I start to fall asleep cause my dreams start to mix with the conscious state and that's annoying but I shall persist as much as I can
I don’t think it needs to be some deep transe like state. We all go to bed at night and have something going on in our heads before falling asleep. Instead of thinking some random stuff or negative stuff, you can feel the feeling of your wish fullfilled and that’s it. You can easily imagine during the day too. You don’t want to start depending on that one way of doing it. You want to be able to imagine whenever, wherever. Neville says when a desire comes upon you, move into its assumption. He doesn’t say when the desire comes upon you, wait until you go to bed and when you are extra sleepy and then move into its assumption.
Although I agree and love your approach because I manifested my job with no techniques and I wasn’t even aware of Neville back then, I just had the desire and dropped it and it appeared without me searching or sending applications here and there, I think it’s really useful for things that we tend to have more limiting beliefs and resistance towards it. Changing some beliefs and a bad self concept towards certain things requires some conscious “effort”.
Wow I’ve been so lethargic and sleepy and things are manifesting like crazy!! This explains so much! Thank you 💜 I was doubting myself for being so tired lately and not feeling as “aware” but this is actually working in my favor! Being sleepy is a good thing now 😅

Sats are definitely useful but it also matters from which state you react rest of the time. You can have the most amazing sats sessions but if you still react from the old state rest of the time then it’s not going to do anything.
I found myself having to drag myself into the scene when I was super drowsy... Thank God you mentioned this.
Wow!! I never realized that morning grogginess counted as SATS. I had good half hour to daydream and imagine before my morning coffee and it was even easier than before I fell asleep and I think it’s helping getting this day started right!!
I started doing this before bed. With one particular scene, it felt as though the scene had become a memory from the past. It was incredible, made me realise how powerful the law is.
This law is amazing. I’m not big on techniques but decided recently to give SATS a try, for fun. Watched your older videos on it but this one really hit home. Thank you!
You are guided into the SATS in hypnosis too. It's called an induction; the process by which we go into a deep, hypnotic trance. An extremely deep trance mentioned by Joseph Murphy in The Power of the Subconscious Mind is called the somnambulistic state whereby the subject becomes zombie-like and will bleed on command, won't need anaesthesia for surgery, etc.
I think I have went into this state when listening to the Joe dispenza 35 minutes meditation a few nights ago
I love sats at night but the morning is a struggle. My only thought is coffee!!!
Hahaha mine too! SATS at night or during meditation in daytime works better for me
When I do sats, sometimes when I loop too many times, I lost the 'feeling' and more like doing a chore where I just drag and replay the secen over and over robotically.

I'm confused.... When I try to relax, I quickly pass out to deep sleep and not notice the drowsy part.
Try it during the day or in the bath where you wouldn't necessarily fall asleep but be really relaxed? I know what you mean, this happens to me all the time, and it's a finicky thing, but you will just try again next time. There are many opportunities to try again.
I suffer from insomnia, so the whole process of falling asleep tends to be a rough for me. I'm thinking about trying a new strategy where I listen to the ASMR-esque affirmations I recorded till I fall asleep and, since I always wake up in the middle of the night, but it's significantly easier to fall sleep again after it, I'll try the SATs there. Wish me luck 💑

I never know when I hit that point, cause I go from affirming to waking up the next day sooo yeah.
SATS is incredible. I used to shy away from it but it truly is the most powerful way. I have even done it while lying down during the day but not falling asleep. It was very emotion filled
But what about changing the state? Impressing the subconcsious mind is not enough when you want to occupy a new state. Neville said that a new state requires a psychological transformation. It is not the same as manifesting one off thing, like an object or a vacation. You have to become that person. You have to think, believe, have habits and emotions like the person that is in that state. For example if you want to be married to someone, you have to become a person who is married on the inside. Think like they do, have beliefs like they do, habits like they do.
SATS -
1 The relationship of the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. This is taken from the video SATS: A More Powerful (and FASTER) Way to Manifest
You must be more relaxed. Avoid being alert while you are in your scene. If you could easily snap back to being awake, you’re not relaxed enough.
2 Do not use effort. Don’t force it. Don’t get caught up in the details of it. If you’re in the drowsy state it will be effortless. Go back to relaxing. The scene should feel effortless
3 Be mindful of inconsistency. Try to do SATS at the same time everyday. I do it before bed
4 Practice makes perfect

i love to affirm during the day time, i’m happier, it helps with the mental diet so so much. with sats i also affirm or go in a scene but doing only sats didn’t do much for me. affirming was a game changer for me. so you guys always gotta test what works for YOU ❤
Agreed 💯, it’s different strokes for different folks. Everyone should play around and experiment with what works best for them!

It can just be something quick and simple.
I can’t seem to focus on a scene.
I'm practicing sats too, when I am struggling to pick a scene to loop I just pick the scene I imagine the most that relates to my desire. So rn I'm manifesting an SP I used to have trouble picking a scene where he texts me or call me, I decided to go with the one where he calls me cause I notice that's what I always imagine even when I'm conscious

My self concept is on point but I had some worries. How can I make sure that my next manifestation sticks to me and just not vanish into thin air like poof.

Should SATS be done sitting or lying? I find myself looping the scene only twice and then i always fall asleep. I feel maybe it is not enough.
And also, there are times that i dont feel like repeating the same scene. Can the scene be changed?
You can do it both ways. I have done it both, but I'm like you I will fall asleep easily if I'm laying down.
It is hard for me tho I keep diverting my mind and then end up falling asleep and wake up not feeling fulfilled 😂
Life by Lucie has a great video called SATS sleep meditation and she helps you get relaxed and then reminds you every 30s to loop your scene. Super helpful when you start forgetting what you are doing (easy to do when falling asleep)
Hi Renee! I really doubt you will read and answer my question, but I will try (and I will be manifesting an answer :P ):
I am a very very fast sleeper. When I go to bed, I sleep in a minute or two. Really. So, to compensate for that, I am affirming a short and powerful sentence implying I "have it". I repeat it and repeat it and then I wake up in the morning. Would you say it is as efficient as SATS? Would you say I am doing SATS by doing what I do?
How about using binaural beat tracks with alpha and/or theta waves?
oughhhh really..,i tot when about SATs i must visualize what i want in the end but the problem is my mind can't concentrate.,juz like monkey mind always keep jumping to another story

I don't feel anything when I do sats anymore, it doesn't matter how much I experience the scene or how relaxed i am. I just feel nothing at all from it. I don't feel any emotions from it, it doesn't feel good, it doesn't feel bad, it just feels kind of normal, bland and boring. Why is this? Am I just bored with my current scene? All the good feelings of satisfaction and love and adoration and stuff I used to feel from it are gone, and it's beginning to no longer be fun.
I just don't care about it anymore, I don't really want to do it anymore, and I'm not sure if I even want my SP anymore cause when I live in my scenes and imagine it just feels meh. Like it's kind of nice sometimes, but now mainly boring. I went from thinking "i love him, I can't wait to be with him" at the beginning to suddenly just thinking "eh, he's alright, i dont mind him. He's good"
What does this mean? Do I need to fix anything or am i just detatched or in the sabbath? Or does it mean I'm just not interested in him anymore?
Sorry, never mind, I think I figured it out. It's like when I first bought my favourite dress, I saw it, fell in love with it, realised I could buy it, so I bought it. At first I was ecstatic, when i wore it i felt beautiful, elegant, decadent, and graceful and I wanted to wear it every single day. But now, although it's still my favourite dress, the excitement is gone, cause I'm used to it. It's now apart of my wardrobe and no longer new. I still adore it, it's just normal to me now.
I usually know I’m there when my body goes completely numb and I feel like a rock.

Get yourself to bed 30 minutes before you'd normally do 😂 or try this in the morning 😂 I have insomnia so for me it's a struggle to fall asleep so I can visualise this but the lousy part is that my mind wanders to other things instead of looping my damn scene 😂
Do you believe that listening to subliminal recordings can be helpful for reprogramming your subconscious mind?
If it works for you and you believe they work, then yes they will be.
Hi Missy, hope you're doing well. I got a question. Do we can 'feel' if our desire is coming towards us? Is it possible?
But what if when we enter this drowsy state we start to struggle with sleep? Can't we form the sentences or see the scene? Just like when we are praying and suddenly we don't know which part we are in...
Can I imagine the exact moment I get what I want, or should I necessarily imagine a scene which implies that I've obtained the thing in the past? My feelings are more intense if I imagine the exact moment.

I have a question if anyone knows the answer please? How long do we hold onto that vision, do we visualise every day/night until we have it in 3d?
Hi! Saw your question and thought I'd help clarify what you can do.
The best example, for me, is the ladder 🪜 exercise. If you're not familiar with it, research it and become familiar, as it's very important. However, in a nutshell, Neville had people go to sleep imagining they went up a ladder for one week. After people climbed the ladder in real life, and met with him, he said, "You could've as easily made a million dollars".
So, what am I getting at? Neville didn't say go home imagine to climb a ladder once and let it go. He said to do it for a week until you climbed the ladder. Also, he was showing people how the "formula" is for every single thing you want to manifest.
Therefore, keep imagining what you want until it happens. Once it happens keep imagining and growing from there. Life doesn't stop once our wish is fulfilled, but merely begins!

I've had good luck with 15-30m SATS sessions during the day or those that I fall asleep in at night. Once relaxed, you only need to loop your scene about 5-10x for it to work. It's more about consistency in doing it regularly and getting into the drowsy relaxed state than time. Imo
I do sats every evening and morning, always a scene with my SP. I dream now about him almost every single night, does that mean it works?

QUESTION if im manifesting marriage to an SP and exs are asking to see me and customers at work are thinking/asking if I'm married are these good signs?? Ik not to like purposely look for signs but all of this has been happening a lot lately..
This is your birds before land, it means you're on the right track and to keep doing what you are doing. I think of it like you are baking a cake in a mold, and you didn't cook it long enough and you take it out of the mold and it doesn't quite hold the shape, but if you put it back and bake it some more, it will hold its shape better. The subconscious is like the formless stuff that goes into the mold. It takes time for it to "bake" into the shape / desire you want.
I would love any tips. I find i really benefit from this and i love you MR ❤. So in the mornings i am half asleep and i avoid getting up properly to stay drowsy but it can take over an hour or more to get into it because the devision between being awake or not is vague. So my brain goes into dreams or random auto pilot thinking. It's hard to know if i should wake properly and get a coffee and do it or continue with my very drawn out session which can include sleep streams of consciousness

What does it mean when we see/ read things that make us doubt during manifestation? Are these signs or tests? Cause I just came across a post (I wasn’t looking for anything of the sort) saying « you gotta let go of the things you seek, cause most of the time, they’re not seeking you back » or something like that
It made me feel like I have to stop manifesting what/ who I want to manifest and I’m a bit lost on my journey
