Fine. I'm willing to accept that Ethan has some kind of magical healing abilities. Now explain to me how his shirt sleeve healed itself.

Since he always wears the same outfit I legit think at this point that his clothes are actually his molded self and a part of him.
That heal goop is just sticky
If you look closely you can see his shirt was literally stitched back together where it was cut. The shirt is sentient and self-healing, apparently.
It's a stretch but if we make the assumption that his clothes are 100% cotton or something then since the first aid meds completely repair biological matter it could be argued that a first aid meds can be used to repair clothes as well. Other than this its just an oversight by the Devs lmao
