Professional mode for profile isn't a typical Facebook page It's still basically a Facebook profile You can't have all the benefits of having an actual Facebook page

I think you've changed a lot of basic informations Now I think you should wait for around a month Keep the pages running Keep posting as normal on both pages and then attempt to merge
If they have same names try to change one to similar name but not the same. Remember if you change any basic info you can't merge immediately. Again if you have gained lot of followers within short period of time you will have to wait for about a month.

If you have watched the whole video you should have idea about the criteria s for merging Facebook pages. Make sure you have same details in both pages. Obviously don't try to merge instantly after changing any details. If you have gained a lot of followers in any of the pages then you can't merge that page with any. You have wait for about a month then you will try.

Check your email inbox associated with your facebook account. Facebook must sent you an email regarding it. (that email may appear in the update tab in Gmail) In my video I have described some factors that will prohibit the process. Make sure your pages are not under those factors or restriction.

The pages I have merged One was named "Victor Chakrabarty" another was "Victor Chakrabarty Page". You can try changing name of one of your pages. And the other one has 5,000 likes cause we bought it from a guy who use to post viral content like memes and stuff like that but that page was created in November 2020 (3 months ago). Of course when we purchased the page we deleted all the content first and we started to adjust the page little by little to our business which is a video production company. Seems like you've recently merged any of the page with other or you may got some restrictions.
Wait till the restriction gets withdrawn.

Take the cursor on the pin. You will find the hand icon is changing when you hover on the pin. Place the cursor right on the pin, then click and drag.
