Can you remap these. I have one in the UK 2012 1.4 DSG
bro every car can be remapped.but in particular these have very good potential. a stage 1 might get you to 200 bhp reliably
What is the price of that car in uk? 2013 cth engine scirocco is 22.000€ minimum in turkey.

These engines drive fantastic, but are very expensive to keep running. Chain issues, piston issues etc.
the ones made before 2010 have the most problems. Anything after that usually dont have as many problems

@@gav9255 Nope, many still have issues after replacing the timing chain for instans in 2011 or 2012.
The latest update to the timing chain from VW came in 2018.
@@danielfl.9347 So in theory my 2014 1.4 polo would have just the same issue as this model, I feel its all down to luck sometimes as this is the car I want to upgrade to next
