I majorly agree with him, Tata service centre wale humesha force karte h rating 10 karne ki, maine 1 baar inke online portals p complain kr di thi agle din mujhe us service centre se call aa gyi and their statement was “Sir aapne complain kr di, thik to humne hi karna h”
thats why its better to start servicing outside after warranty... And do the complain again telling they have given this statement to you “Sir aapne complain kr di, thik to humne hi karna h”
Satprit Singh Sandhu did that and got my problems resolved lekin 1 chiz sikh li maine ki Tata service centre walo se agar aap pyar se baate karoge aapka kaam nhi hoga but the moment you start saying no and ziddi ban jaoge sudhar dikhega.

Arey bhai wo customer hai mechanic nhi. Ye sab kaam toh mechanic ko samajhna parega na ki gari me kya karne se wo sahi hoga. Customer ko thori na ye sab aata hai. Toh aapke kehne ka matlab hai ki agar Tata ki gari leni hai toh pehle customer ko mechanic ki training karni chahiye. Fir customer ko khud hi apni gaari service karni chaiye??

After appreciating the whole video, I think people do research before they buy or invest in anything. Tata tiago is also our first car and miles far ahead than any car of same segment. There had been few issues with earlier model, no doubt, but tata has fixed it over time. Additionally, most manufacturers are bundling 3 cyl engines, even the new polo too. This is just to balance performance and growth.
I am seeing some of the customers reviews, till now This was the best & honest review I hv seen till date. Thanks

1. Honda = best petrol engines but a bit expensive.
2. Maruti = great engines at the right price.
Hyundai = good engines but slightly more expensive yet inferior to maruti as maruti engines r more refined , smooth, efficient n peppy .
..........every other brand is useless and waste of money !!.

Bhai mere pass Tigor 2018 model hai, 97k run in two years, excelent drive, handling, driver confidence on driving, but have issues in service. Agreed with the bhai you interviewed. Rest, its best in class.
First choice is better option for servicing. Tata never talk to their customer that they are satisfied with servicing or not.

I am from Assam, own a Tiago NRG model and recently I complained to Tata parent company against the dealer. I agree on many points with this guy. I like the car, but sometimes I feel the servicing people have no idea what problem they are dealing with the vehicle and majorly can't sort out issues. And the service dealer called saying exactly the same "apne hamari complain kr d".
Owner is very honest..
Mene 2016 me neha liya TATA ZEST XM diesel, abhi taak 116896 km chala liya abhi bhi gari maja chalti he, sound system to super good, long journey me bht aaraam he I am satisfied by the car and mileage 18-22 kmpl aaram se deti he

I bought Tiago XM in March 18, for 4.55 lacs,
1) noise level in cabin is like same as of diesel car
2) pick up is worst.
3) I got best mileage in Tiago, approx 24 kmpl for my 750km trip
I got my Tiago (P) XZ W/O alloys, for 5.13l on road in October 2016. I never had any bad experience regarding service.
You have to thank your stars & God to have blessed you with a good piece.
@@rajoosolanky780 actually no, I don't have to thank god for it, I actually tried 2-3 different service centres in Delhi, I found the one and i do not change my service advisor at every service, i go specifically to the same guy and he gets the job done everytime. So god had no part in it, it's just a little bit of smart work and common sense.

Tata ko zaroorat hai ek Nexa jaisi strategy ki. Premium dealerships aur Premium Service centre chahiye Nayi gaadiyo ke liye. Poor Service Satisfaction ki wajah se inki gaadiya nahi bik rahi.
Bhai inke paas Jaguar aur Land Rover jaise brand pahle se hai ek naya sub brand banane ka matlab hoga ki lagbhag ek nayi company jaisa kharch ho jayega, isse accha hai ki apne dealer ko hi tight rakhe. Logo ke feedback sune aur uspe kaam kare.
Majority sirf service related complaint hi karti hai usko improve karna koi bahut bada kaam nahi hai.
Tata ki sales maruti or nexa ki jaisi 20000 units (ek hi gaadi ke) jaisi nhi har mahine ek sub brand kholne ke liye atleast demand and cashflow hona chahiye par tata ki 10000 units (sare model milake) hi maximum hai ,unka ek hi ilaaj hai apna service ko improve nhi toh aage saalo me tata ko hi problem hoga

sir..I have Tiago XZ 2017 March, white color...driven 30000 Kms and never faced any issue. ilive in Delhi and have done outstation trips like Dalhousie, Dharamshala, rajasthan etc..I always get my service done from Concorde Motors,peragarhi ( Delhi) . they are very good and service guys know their job well. As per the car is concerned, i never faced any issue and all parts are stock..no sound of plastic or doors and it still looks new. I am very happy and satisfied with the car and service centre.

I completely agree with the customer tata about the service of service centres. I am facing the same with nexon. Diesel amt, 6 months old, 9000 km done. But there are noises in car from day 1. Still unsolved issues after many visits.
This is also the case with another Indian company - Royal Enfield. Though it is a motorbike company, I have had similar experience. ,"Pura din nikal jaata hai aur problem solve nai hoti "

Second, one customer said, Ford me airbag nahi khule to puri Ford company bekaar ho gayi? Can u be sure, that person was using seat belt while driving coz airbag kabhi bhi deploy nahi honge agar seat belt na lagayi ho...
Tempus Fugit he was using a seat belt?? Is it only a verbal confirmation or does he have some proof to show? If he has not,then, he would lose the case against a company and if he has, then company must pay the fine for the faulty unit which I am sure to be an exception

Bhai driven ford figo diesel 2012 from delhi to vizag 1760 km in 40 hrs with a 6 hrs night halut . Koi problem nhi aayi or mzzaa aagyaa with family

I have ford figo with 400000 kms at odo . Still no problems at all . The engine and handling is too good . Infact ford is built like tank.

Sir I have Tata Tiago XZ+ 2019 Model, it has Harman 7 inch touch screen music system with reverse parking sensors.
Now 2020 TIAGI XZ+ has same Harman touch screen system with reverse parking camera.
I went to Tata service center and asked them to install camera in mh car but they said it can not be installed, though both cars have same software version of infotainment system I checked it personally. My question is if new Tiago has camera on same infotainment system why 2019 togo can't have .
Please help me where I can go for camera on same infotainment screen rather than third party additional screen.
