Pretty cool video and events look fun. Some day we will have this sort of stuff in Ireland. Have to book flights and accommodation for HYROX every time is pricey. Would love hybrid style events that are a day trip/drive
@@mikecaseyoshea3594 yes absolutely, Ireland seem to be missing a trick with the rise of hybrid. There's a lot of buzz around deadly Dozen at the moment as they only need a running track to implement and new ones are popping up all over....I'm sure Irelands gotta few of those.
Martin, Great insight me and two mates are down in September for the fit and one for the storm. Can you get your fingers under the tyres you seemed to flip it quickly
@@johnnewman2472 mile still has some running. I did Deka Mile in 24 mins....and it took 50 mins to complete Storm. So pound for pound Storm is harder. Deka was very intense but over quicker.
@@martin-boyce thanks I'm looking forward to giving it a go. I enjoyed the Storm event, I think Nuclear Fit has really come up with a classic event there.

Really good video Martin 👍 how do you think the storm event compares to a Deka Mile event? I have one of those coming up in a few weeks
