2023 and coming back to this song after not feeling worthy and far from God. He always reminds me that his mercy and his love for me showed through the cross of Christ, is all that I need.
The song is good, Amanda Cook is a great singer too and Bethel Worship are nice but lets give all the glory to God who gives us all the talent to worship him, lets give to him all the glory cuz everything comes from him everything is for him!

this is nostalgia for me. Recall the time when I had just given my life to Christ I used to play this song non-stop. I love You Jesus. I fell away last year, found me a boyfriend even though the Lord warned me countless times not to be with this person. I hate that I haven't been to church since I met this person and I've been wanting to end the relationship for the longest time now because I miss spending time with Jesus and His peace, but every time I try to he threatens to take his life so I always find myself stuck. I love him but deep down I know he is not the person God wants me to be with, nothing in the relationship glorifies the Father. The further away I am from God, the harder life gets. Whoever reads this, I implore you to pray the Lord gives me the strength to surrender to Him and so I can find my way back HOME.
Cut it loose, you know what you are supposed to do. Satan wants you stuck and wants you stuck for your whole life so you never get free. That why every time you try to obey God, something stops you. The enemy will make it hard! But don’t let it stop you, find some godly people around you to support you in prayer while you break it off with him so the enemy won’t stop it again Praying for strength for you! The length of the studio version of this song is 4:03. Had I have known that I would not have bought the song. I would recommend to Bethel to have for purchase quality live recordings of their songs.
