Im coming back from 11month hiatus, and it only took less than 2 weeks to level up from Paragon 200 to 800, i enjoyed it now

The 1500% xp bonus actually stayed up to paragon 600 for me. Or at least this is when I noticed it was 800%
In regards to Iben Fahd's Sanctum and keys needed to run through, as well as "value" of stones received per room & keys used...
As of 07/26/2023, it is in fact 377 keys needed to run through all 4 rooms/ 20 chests (21 if you count the "bonus" chest after opening Chest 5 in Room 4) for a grand total of 1709 Culling Stones (the number of how many each of the 3 types of stones dropped is random each time around... but 1709 in total each time).
As far as less value to run all the way through vs running just a room or 2 at a time... the difference is so minute that it pretty much is balanced out all the way. The only real difference is that the 1st room averages out to 5.50833 (5.00000 if you don't count the free 1st chest) culling stones per key, whereas Rooms 2 & 3 average out to 4.5 culling stones per key, and Room 4 averages out to 4.51274 (4.41000 if you don't count the last bonus chest) culling stones per key... and these averages are taking the "bonus" stones obtained for Room 1 & 4.
So, technically just running Room 1 is the best "bang for your buck", but will take considerably more time (perspectively) to build up the culling stones nessary for each shrine stone upgrade, causing excess keys building up not being used.
In obtaining Sanctum chest keys, you gain 4 keys everyday that you run the sanctum to get to the 1st room, of in which you get 5 free culling stones on the 1st chest. On most days, you can obtain 3 keys from running 3 Elder Rifts. You can buy 5 keys from the Hilt trader daily for 50 hilts each (250 max daily). If you're in the Shadows, you can obtain 12 keys just by being in the Assembly and receiving 4 blessings (3 keys per blessing) Monday - Saturday at 7pm . You also can obtain random quantities of keys free from completing certain activities, including the Battlepass. There are also keys that can be obtained by spending real money in the Shop, but I'm not counting that since most are F2P and spenders will/should already know all this.
So, keys can be obtained and racked up fairly easily to open chests in Iben Fahd's Sanctum verses other things like Telluric Pearls and the such that will take way longer to rack up for F2P players.

Room 1 Chest 4 - 4 keys / 20 stones
Room 1 Chest 5 - 8 keys / 40 stones ... note how the # of stones doubles each time, but so does the keys needed
Room 2 Chest 6 - 10 keys / 45 stones ... then from here out the stones only goes up by 9, while keys needed goes up by 2
Room 2 Chest 7 - 12 keys / 54 stones
Room 2 Chest 8 - 14 keys / 63 stones
Room 2 Chest 9 - 16 keys / 72 stones
Room 2 Chest 10 - 18 keys / 81 stones
Room 3 Chest 11 - 20 keys / 90 stones
Room 3 Chest 12 - 22 keys / 99 stones
Room 3 Chest 13 - 24 keys / 108 stones
Room 3 Chest 14 - 26 keys / 117 stones
Room 3 Chest 15 - 28 keys / 126 stones
Room 4 Chest 16 - 30 keys / 135 stones
Room 4 Chest 17 - 32 keys / 144 stones
Room 4 Chest 18 - 34 keys / 153 stones
Room 4 Chest 19 - 36 keys / 162 stones
Room 4 Chest 20 - 40 keys / 162 stones (I don't know why it goes from 36 keys to 40 keys... but it does)
Room 4 Chest Bonus - 0 keys / 18 stones
For those who say the stats obtained from upgrading the Sanctum Shrine Stones are minimalistic at best in effectiveness, I say... who cares. Every little bit helps, regardless of how effective. It takes a penny to make a million.

@@TomSundayGames UPDATE - Not all run-throughs are the same dungeon pattern. I think there are 6 now(?) instead of 3 like a year ago. That being said...
I just did a full Sanctum run on a layout that is a straight shot with a dead end and a loop just before, then you back track to change direction (best I can describe it). Here's the update part...
I noticed in the 2nd room on the 2nd chest, it spat out 120 EXTRA stones and the 4th chest spat out 160 extra stones. So, I will try it again when possible to confirm that layout does it every time or if the extra stones on random room chests are jut that... random or if it seems to be constant.
@@TomSundayGames ANOTHER UPDATE: Although I have thus far found at least 12 different layouts, 2 in which gave moderate-to-massive extra stones (185, 280 and 1120 from 3 different runs), I have now re-ran those same ones and the extra stones are not guaranteed for any particular map layout. Therefore, although there will be times where the chests will hurl out extra stones on occasion, it isn't guaranteed for any particular layout nor the amount of extra stones. The only guaranteed #'s are 377 keys total needed for a full run and a guaranteed 1709 of culling stones received for a full run... any extra stones & amounts will be random.
