Please keep your pets safe! These fireworks scare these animals to death, and they end up in these terrible situations.
I would LOVE IT if you could share this video and ask your family and friends to protect their pets. We just helped save the life of a dog who also was spooked by fireworks and ended up with THREE BROKEN LEGS!

I couldn't have done that with my German shepherd - similar size. They are heavy and awkward to carry.
That is the truth! There is no way I could pick up my pit bull. He weighs over a 100 pounds

A few weeks ago I was nine months pregnant and walking my dog when I spotted two huskies out running around. I waddled home to grab some slip leads and managed to get them and call their dad. Turns out his kids had a friend over who didn’t latch a gate all the way and he had been out driving around looking for them. They were similarly ecstatic to see him, it was a wonderful feeling to get them back to their family!
Awww well done you! This is why eldad should keep posting his videos it inspires people to save dogs and contact them for help ❤️

Sawyer was very calm while being carried. That guy who carried him was strong!
The way he started crying when he realized his owner was there was both beautiful and heartbreaking. It was like he was saying “I thought I’d lost you!”. Thank you for reuniting him with his family 💜

@@lotofbitsabout We did to. Best thing is to take them outside on a leash and have them sit next to you. I have trained all my dogs this way so they would not be afraid. Much like training hunting dogs and police dogs using guns.

The best thing to do is stay inside with your dogs. If you participate then leave them home and secure. ❤️
My dog won’t go down the stairs without somebody with her and she will not go out back but she thinks it better out front:/
On the 4th my neighbors got drunk and started doing fireworks like the big ones and they did it straight up when your not supposed to.

It was amazing how the dog realised it was his mother, and started crying with happiness. Pure love is why a dog is a man's best friend...

Once I was walking with my dogs on Terlingua ranch and came over the top of a rise to see a pack of javelina with babies, sows, and fully mature boars not 20 feet away. They immediately charged me. My big male dog put his body between me and the big boar charging and took a hit and serious shoulder wound to protect me. My female was darting and barking on both sides of me and turned the pack away, my big male got up, wounded, and chased them off.

I started donating to H.F.P. , I couldn't think a no other way to help these fur babies . I have 2 babies of my own , they have a good life but it kills me to know how their are so many animals that don't or never will get that opportunity . I feel I'm doing my part but most importantly if I help save just one that one animal is so extremely important, every Single one of them are just as important . From the bottom of my heart I thank hope for paws , you guys are their angels . God bless you for every thing you do .

You also don’t know what other responsibilities the owner may have like children, work or other family members she may help to care for. Judging without knowing all the facts is super uncool!

It's so nice when the dog was just lost and already had a loving home! I'm glad Sawyer got reunited with his mom.
Lets just take a moment to appreciate these peoples work and how much time they spend on saving animals. It is so great that they give up their time and make a use out of it.
The love that baby has for his mama is heartwarming. I’m so glad she found him. Made me tear up hearing him cry to her.

Wonderful ending. Sawyer so happy! Kudos to everyone, especially the brave man carrying Sawyer. That was dangerous terrain! Remember people, if we think fireworks are loud, think about how loud they are for our pets!

annagitana1 I so agree. It’s not just dogs. One of our cats was abandoned by previous owners and left outside, and as a result, is afraid of loud noises. We have had her for years and even though indoor and only outside on a leash, she is still afraid of outside noises, especially fireworks. For this reason, we celebrate 4th of July home with her. No fireworks.
Yeah my dog hates it and where I'm from it happens all night or just the very loud fireworks and my dog gets scarred

People, take precautions with fireworks and your pets. Make sure they are secure and feel safe. I have seen some very tragic stories over panicked dogs and fireworks.

Neutering does not stop a husky or any other Northern breed of dog from running. That trait is is at the core of their DNA. 😉☺😊

She didn’t say it was no big deal.
She seemed genuinely relieved and overjoyed to see him, but she would have seen walking up that there was a camera on. I don’t know about you, but I’m gonna keep my emotions more in check if someone’s filming. If you noticed, there’s a cut in the video between when she first walks up and when she’s on the ground with him and the water. We don’t know how long that time was, and how she reacted in it.
It’s their choice to do what they want with their dogs. Y’all female be like “my body my choice”, but won’t let dog owners decided what best for them? Smh

He's so happy to get home...
Our dog Marley was found at a dumpster in Greece and after quarantine he came to Germany.
His back was full of scars cause evil kids threw firework at him 🤬🤬🤬
He was very shy and anxious and he hadn't any trust left 😭😭😭
Now he isn't anxious anymore and he trusts humans again.
He has a happy life now with all the love and care he deserves.
He's such a sweet and beautiful love bug and he enriches our life 😍😍😍
Love how all people just come together for the Love of a dog. Love unites! Hate divides! Keep Loving!

Pretty big dog to not be neutered already - and I know others have wondered if he was microchipped. Guessing not, if he wasn't neutered yet. Hope he was. Thanks for everyone who assisted in his rescue!
