SOLAR PROFILES ROLL FORMING LINE. ONE SIDE IS WITH AN ANGLE AS 120⁰ RADIUS.

Flexible solution to produce Solar profiles especially fir C-U-Z profiles. With this solution punching and cutting are executed before the roll forming, therefore cutting dies have not to be changed.The roll forming line has mobile supports and widths and heights can be automatically changed. In addition, it is possible to quickly change thickness with hand wheel (as option from control panel). This model has change with cassette to change completely the profile. Also flip type change is available form z to c or opposite as option. We have unloader-stacker with rotation of piece.
One side of the profile could be formed with an angle or some angles.On this line choosen agle was 120⁰ from left side.
