(2/2) the second issue is normal vibrations, to get around this you need to mount the GPHD in a non rigid configuration, you want it lose enough that vibrations are not transferred to the GPHD but tight enough that you dont get buffeting. Many people use some crazy sling cradles to eliminate this as seen here on youtube but the weight gain is absurd not to mention it looks tacky. I myself plan to make a front mount where the GPHD is floating by elastic between 4 penetrating aluminum rods.
the vibrations in the video are not specific to heli brand, but more to the method of mounting your camera, i myself just ordered a hk600gt as i currently fly a 450 with my GPHD2 and wanted to add osd and such that was getting to heavy for a 450. there are two main issues when using heli for video, one is harmonic vibrations or "picture worm" and this is cause when using a low quality CMOS camera such as "keychain", this is rectified with the use of a GoProHD .... yeah men, great picture! I want to buy a HK-600GT 3D Electric Helicopter Kit w/o blades. Please, tell me if with this helicopter the videos will have vibrations when recording with a go pro. I seen many videos, for example of ar drone parrot, but i have many questions! I´m documental photografer, and this application its asome for my job! Please, tell me your secret!!!
