I’m glad she picked unlike I ordered mine yesterday before I seen this video of somebody else’s video on UA-cam and I just want to say I love your video by far it’s so professional and so clear or H do you say little bit in months like you took your time to make this video ❤
Do we know if there are any long-term side effects in the future people may have to deal with? Is radiation or getting cancer from this thing a reality? I'm genuinely curious because I am looking into this type of product.
I have been using laser hair removal for over 15 years. I don't have any issues. But you will have to talk to a doctor if you have any skin health/safety concerns like this.
The result is everything. I see that your own hair is already faint and thin before using the devices. Would they still be effective for removing these baby hair? My own hair is also not that thick. I am looking for a device that works for the tiny ones. Thank you.
As long as the hair is dark enough in contrast to the skin, it will work. My skin is a little darker than hers and the hair on my arms is fine but still black and it's already taking a few weeks to grow back before I have to shave it and do the treatment again. The hair on my face, underarms and legs is thicker and more coarse, so I have to do it more frequently.
Chris, can you please share if you have used the Ulike on your upper lip at level 3? I've been afraid to go past the first level because I can see the light flash even with my eyes shut, glasses on, and my hand over the closest eye. It feels like the IPL penetrates very deeply and I've been afraid of hurting my eyesight permanently. Have you used level 3 power on your upper lip?
Hi Lisa, I tried level 3 on the upper lip. It didn't cause any irritation. I just closed my eyes without using any eye covers. But you may use an eye cover if you see fit.
@@ChrisHanxoxo Thank you for letting me know. After emailing Ulike customer service I was still unsure. They said it was generally safe, instead of stating that as long as your eyes are closed with glasses it's safe. The strange part for me is that I can cover my eyes to pitch black and still see the flash. I only used the first level and I now have more dark hair there than before. I read that if the hair doesn't get hot enough that can happen. I used level 3 everywhere else and it seems to have worked so far.
Waxing removes the hair follicles, you have to shave it’s the only method that doesn’t remove the root. When you do laser treatment the root has to be there so the light can target the hair at the root, if you wax it won’t remove the hairs at all and you will waste money and time trying to do the treatment. Hope that helps 😊
@@Dontsaynoto as I said above waxing removes the hair follicles which laser treatments target the root of the Follicle. That’s why they tell you only to shave and not wax during laser hair removal treatment sessions:

Ulike did help my hair removal. It removes hair permanently. You only need to shave before using Ulike IPL but once the hair growth slows down, you won't be needing the shaving and IPL as much as before. It helps a lot in the long run.
@@ibstayfly an important tidbit of information for this just in case. So it’s not going to get rid of all the hair all the time. Sometimes laser has problems with lighter hairs and darker skin tones so it would be good to research how it might affect your body personally. I’m also a person looking into it and the other thing to note is that this offers permanent hair reduction, while it’s predecessor electrolysis is permanent hair removal but I understand that’s a painful procedure and not everyone can handle that.
Funny how Ulike pays youtubers to do a comparison with their competitors and surprisingly, Ulike -who sponsors the video- is always the winner. Thats the reason why we dont trust influencers. You're greedy
IPL is NOT as effective and long term/lasting than LASER. It's good for small areas and depends on your skin/hair type. Laser is permanent and much more effective. IPL is only good for in between your laser sessions.
That's incorrect. The only truly permanent hair removal method is electrolysis. I've had 15 sessions of diode laser, and didn't go back for more and now I'm dealing with coarse hair on my chin area when I never had that issue prior to getting laser treatments. Many women have the same issues I had after laser, so please stop spreading misinformation.
The Ulike packaging looks great. Good to know that it is also effective.

Thank you. Hope you liked the new device!
so how is it going with your new ulike? does it work?
I need a good Laser Hair Remover like this!

Your so pretty, I am using the Monsia Silk Series IPL, and love it 😘
I liked the Ulike device. I got the one from your last video. compared with the older model, what is the difference?
The number of joules and the fact that the newer one has a glide mode so you don't have to hold the button down.

does it really work or its just advertising?

Can you use Ulike if you are waxing - don't want to shave at all want to keep waxing but think this would help too

If you are of a deeper skin tone or have light hair it probably won’t

Amazing. Thank you for review.
How long does it take for you to see results with Ulike? I heard that it takes effect after just one use, is it true?
Yes but to see amazing results will be about a week or two which is rlly not bad
The Kenzzi device looked so shabby compared with Ulike 😅
Ulike is an overkill.
thank you for this, loved this review
Thanks for watching!
Does the Ulike one make a beeping sound every time you use it?
No it doesn’t
No, it doesn't make a beeping sound. It has a consistent low white noise when it's turned on.
You got paid to advertise the Ulike. This is NOT an unbiased review. Be honest.
💯
I got the Ulike, but haven't used it yet, I'm afraid it will hurt- its been sitting on my counter for a week! Is this painful? Is it worth it?
Send it to me and I’ll try it out for you lol
You can try the lowest intensity on the outer side of the legs to get a feel of it. It won't hurt.
thank you! GREAT video
You're welcome!
Thanks really helps to buy one
I'm glad that you think it's helpful.
Does Ulike help with removing hair permanently? Is the quality of this shaver good cuz every shaver I get breaks I'm tired of going through shavers

Do u push it down on the skin or just flash it on the skin is it safe while using topical and oral antibiotics ? Or any other creams?
I order an Ulike and it dont work.
What happens if you flash the same area twice in a row because you didn’t move the device on the next small area exactly? I’m worried of this
Omgosh

This is not a compliment but you wouldn't leave this kind of comment if you have tried both IPL devices. Thank you for your time.
I've been trying to find a single unbiased review for ulike anywhere and really struggling, all just paid ads
