    Thank you so much for explaining. I was too lazy to read the manual lol i already did laser hair removal. I spent 10k on my full body at a clinic. And i have about 20% of hair left over. I hope device will help get with the remaining 20% of hair. 😅

    I got this for my neck and I’m loving it. Auto mode is a real pain to get into. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Also for some reason it stops zapping as I move it. Does it only zap when it senses hair?

    • @jennaglavan
      @jennaglavan  Місяць тому +1

      I agree that it's not always clear when auto mode is on. I just try to hold it on for 3 seconds at least. And yes, I think it only zaps when there is hair AND the window has to be 100% covered by skin, if that makes sense. Sometimes this is when I turn it from vertical to horizontal and vice versa, based on the area I am doing. There is also a bunch of lines you will see on the device when it is sensing hair (but may be hard to see when you are doing your neck).

      I personally use mine on the bikini line and pubic mound. Just not on the lips or backdoor. 😅 however, I am tempted to, but I want to see results first as I've only just gotten it and have only used it twice.

    Your recommendation is to use it everyday other day for the first but but just to confirm do you shave every time? And if you don’t mind could you share anything you do for aftercare is any? Like any skin products? 😃 I really want to use this on my face but scared lol but I really appreciate you sharing the breakdown of the device 😃💜

    I for the life of me am having the hardest time getting onto the auto setting. Like it’ll work for one whole leg. I won’t turn it off and by the time I get to my other leg it stops and will only flash if I manually press the button.

    • @jennaglavan
      @jennaglavan  24 дні тому

      I am thinking they mean don't have the window with the flash pointing up and down. Vertical just means holding it up and dow. I don't think it has to do with the position of window itself. Does that make sense?

    • @jocelyntalbot5134
      @jocelyntalbot5134 23 дні тому

      @jennaglavan it does but on their illustrations and videos the use it vertical on skin which seems odd bc I'd think horizontal on skin would make more sense.
