That looks good, it will be interesting to see a quick recording when you are using it for lighting. I am looking for a small portable light, perhaps this is the one! I am wondering how the light spread is, especially when filming yourself? Does it give even light or is it a bit more like a spotlight? Cheers, Rich
Cheers Rich. In hindsight, I should have done a quick results type of thing to be honest. It's quite spread out even when closeup, so not spotlighty at all. I only bought it for lighting up the odd nook or cranny so not sure what It'd be like for other applications. On our last video (Christmas 2020) we've used it on its lowest setting about 2-3ft away on top of the osmo. It was pretty dark in here even with the lamps on so it came in handy for its first use. Thanks for watching!
@@ItchyFeetcaravanners I have just ordered one and I may do a quick review myself if you don't mind when I have used it a few times. I will mention where I saw it first though :)
10 quid. Bloody hell, you can't go wrong. plus all those mounts around the side. I've got some Ulanzi stuff, very good, considering the price and it's really well made and designed, well thought out.. Thanks for sharing.
Spot on mate. For the price of a decent chippy tea, the "it'll come in handy" was a no brainer. Like you say, it's solid too, so doesn't feel like it'll fall apart any time soon. Thanks for watching!
Cheers mate. It looks like it'll come in handy for lighting up and nooks and crannies if filming on a dull day in the 'van. We used it on its lowest setting on the Christmas vlog too. Thanks for watching 😁
Cheers Rob, you hit the nail on the head. For low ambient light it seems to work really well, I tried it for the first time this afternoon; indoors. Even on the lowest setting, it takes the edge off the shadows and helps towards things being too grainy. All the best to you and yours mate. Happy new year!

Go for it Rich! I'm sure you can do a much better functionality video than my quick overview mate. I hope it ticks the boxes you need it for :)

Hahaha we were just talking about the phrase "Chippy tea" the other evening. Makes us laugh, but of course perfectly normal thing for you to say
@@CaravanVlogger Friday chippy tea hahaha. You've probably heard it but google the "Lancashire Hotpots - Chippy Tea" sums it up perfectly!
Hi Joanne & Martin,
I do like the Ulanzi light, a very useful bit of kit. I will look at purchasing one of them.
Thanks for sharing. 👍👍😁😁

Looks like I need to go shopping, I do need a light for my action cam. Thanks for sharing. Mark & Coral
Bargain for the price and seems well stuck together too! Thanks for watching folks.
Great for the top of the tripod. I have a similar light and its briliant in low ambient light scenes. Thanks Mart and happy new year. Rob
