I had already seen them in Italy in 2003 but this concert was definitely something exceptional.
In the top 3 of my life...and I have attended so many concerts.

Ich durfte sie zwei Tage später in Düsseldorf sehen, großartig!!! 🤘 Die Setlist war anders, was mich ein wenig wundert. Aber Qotsa haben die Halle gerockt! Eines der besten Konzerte, die ich in meinem Leben gesehen habe!🤩

Also gotta say, good god this recording sounds good. Pushing it hard in my studio and the way the compressor glues everything and with the sound of the crowd mixed in, some juicy harmonics… it’s really nice to listen to
Wtf did you record this with?
I would absolutely love to tweak(master) this audio… normalize the levels, get a bit of dynamics back that the compressor grabbed. Could probably even get his vocals to pop thru a wee bit more.

funnily enough, it was simply the mic on my phone 😅. It's a bit of a hit and miss though, sometimes you get decent audio and other times it's just awful. It seems I lucked out in this occasion, my impression is that the quality greatly depends on the distance to the closest speaker and the decibel levels of said speaker. Once it's past a certain threshold it becomes a muffled mess.

Mit Regular John, Better Living Through Chemistry, Misfit Love und God On The Radio auch einige schöne Überraschungen dabei gewesen.
Die Crowd war auch super, von den Trommlern auf der oberen Tribüne bis zum Circle Pit.

crowd was a bit meh but qotsa didn’t disappoint. i would just prefer that they didn’t skip the other songs they had on the playlist such as straight jacket fitting 😢

Nur ein wahrer Concert Connoisseur genießt ein Konzert in voller Länge durch ein Handydisplay und erfreut sich hinterher an unscharfen Aufnahmen mit mäßigem Ton. Dafür Daumen nach oben! Ohne Frage ein tolles Konzert ... wenn man es denn gesehen hat.
Ich genieße Konzerte immer mit den Augen, nie durch den Bildschirm meines Handys. Das ist der Grund, warum das Video verwackelt ist und einen schlechten Bildausschnitt hat. Ich lade die Aufnahme hoch, um die Erinnerung mit anderen Fans zu teilen. Das echte Erlebnis konnten nur diejenigen genießen, die an diesem besonderen Abend dabei waren.

What happened at 19:18 ?
There was an extremely rude and annoying person trying to push their way through to the front row. They had to be pulled out by security 3 times because they were instigating fights with anyone in their vicinity. Josh was probably concerned because they had glazed eyes and seemed disoriented but the truth is that this selfish person was belligerent and frankly ruining the experience for those of us that queued for hours to secure a place in the front row.

Ich stand erste Reihe….Josh schien es nicht gut zu gehen….sagte er auch.Nach einer Stunde sah es aus als habe er Schmerzen.Sang teilweise nicht weiter und hielt sich immer wieder die linke Seite.Ich fand ihn nicht sooo Fit🙁
Wenigstens eine Person, die es auch wahrgenommen hat.
Er sagte, es ginge ihm nicht gut, er taumelte einige Male und drehte sich weg mit verzerrtem Gesicht.
Schwer, sich daran ohne Beigeschmack zu erfreuen.
Ich stand rechts vor der Bühne,da hat man es sicher besser gesehen.Schade Schade.Er wirkte zum Schluss sehr traurig/deprimiert🙁
@@jennifergand6318 ich war oben vorn, da sah man, was mit dem Rücken zum Publikum passierte und hatte zwischendurch ein echt schlechtes Gewissen, weil er offensichtlich Schmerzen hatte und sich quälte und nach der langen Pause trotzdem nochmal kam.
I was at their Amsterdam show Saturday. Nothing seemed wrong then. But just watched this video from Berlin and I feel really sorry for Josh. He was really struggling but pushed through 😮 I'm really concerned
Einen Tag zuvor in Frankfurt schien aber noch alles gut.
Ein glorreicher Abend! Aber Josh sah nicht gut aus, ehrlich gesagt. Hoffe er hatte vielleicht nur zwei, drei Schnaps zu viel getrunken den ABend und ihm geht‘s sonst gut
Denke es ging ihm wirklich schlecht, sonst hätten sie auch drei weitere Songs vom aktuellen Album gespielt wie sonst auf der Tour (in Düsseldorf waren es insgesamt 20 statt der 16 in Berlin). Er ist wohl seit seiner Krebsbehandlung unter anderem ziemlich immungeschwächt.
Well, actually we didn like the set they played last night, yet it was well played...but..you know...compared to other Shows this year it was quite boring. We loved to see the Chats before and it makes me think the support act being much fresher in appearance ...cheers
The Chats are my personal top one experience at new bands category this year. Like hearing live Ramones combined with Motorhead.
In Frankfurt kam Paper Machete. Die Setlist in Frankfurt war schon besser verglichen mit Berlin.
I used to love this band so much,unfortunately the last two albums have been terrble,keep playing the old tunes guys and you will be fine.
They have been weak albums but not bad at all, another thing is if you don't like them
The last album is awesome, Villains is weak tho
Solid,tight, they smashed the stage as usual.. Saw them twice,last time in Amsterdam..never disappointed 🤘
