The manufacturer of the ZIP System® claims that it installs 40% faster than the leading house wrap. As the manufacturer of the leading house wrap, we know that’s just not true. In fact, in testing conducted at a respected, independent lab the results showed NO significant installation time advantage for ZIP System® Sheathing + Tape versus the DuPont™ Tyvek® Weatherization System + conventional OSB sheathing.
