At first I thought a homemade dough would have been better, but I appreciate the quick dinner ideas, especially from left over pulled pork. Side note, this guy is a natural on camera. I think he is Food Network worthy of his own BBQ/pitmaster show. That's just me.
I hear ya Randy, Pulled pork don't last long when we smoke/eat it! Barely enough for pizza the next day...gonna have to smoke a couple butts next time!
I've seen at least 3 dozen requests by others for this, and I totally agree. We would love a video tour of all your grills, smokers, and other ovens in your collection!
I just made this pizza for my father in law for fathers day and everybody was completely floored. Everybody was saying it was the best pizza they ever ate. I will give everybody a heads up... if you're using a charcoal grill like a knock off Green Egg or an actual Green Egg you got to get that temperature up to it least 400 degrees you can't sit there and try to get away with 300 degrees it ain't going to cut it. I think the temperature at 4:25 is perfect. It gets the edges nice and crispy. I absolutely love this recipe brother. That white sauce is completely off the chain!
I really like how Malcolm offers alternatives if you don’t have something, like a plastic cutting board if you don’t have a pizza peel. He does this all the time!
I just made one of these last night. I usually just get a store bought plain cheese pizza and then add habanero hot sauce, pulled pork, shredded cheddar and BBQ sauce.
You literally are my favorite to watch. I get SO many great ideas on what to do on my Traeger and I love how you go over what to do and then again before the end of the video. SO HELPFUL!
Malcom you are THE MAN! That white pepper cream sauce is the BOMB! Made it for the chicken qtrs recipe and all my BBQ friends go crazy over it. Now, you're using it on pizza? OMG!!! I can't wait to try this mess! Keep em' comin' brother!
Another thing you can add is just a sprinkle of coarse-grain Nordic sugar to the crust. Awesome. Also, pulled chicken works great on this type of pizza w/white sauce.
I love your videos so much. Thank you for sharing your recipes with everyone. You are making me a better BBQ man for my friends and family. I tell them about your channel as well.
Made this pizza this past weekend. I was skeptical of the white sauce and if I would like it. I am not going to even try and lie, this was one of the best pizza's I have ever had. I had leftover sauce and have used that on making a BLT sandwich with my own home smoked bacon. Making another pizza for lunch tomorrow. The only thing I really hate is the fact that I now must go make more pulled pork right away.
One of the house favorites for us. I add some jalapenos to it for kick and looks, but otherwise I use this same recipe. Tortillas are also a really good alternative if you don't have dough ready to go. I use two tortillas, putting some sauce and cheese between them.
Malcolm I love the food you grill and I love trying your recipes. But I know a little something about pizza. Use to be my business! Gourmet and always, always fresh dough and ingredients. You make me miss that business. God bless!
ironically enough, i have been smoking a butt for 4 hours to make tacos for dinner, but NOW, i duno.... LOLOL - may be a pizza night tonight and i will try it with the apple as someone suggested, or even some pineapple! Yummy!!!
I know from your videos that you have quite an arsenal of pits. I'm sure they all have their strengths and weaknesses. But what one is your favorite to use currently and why?
Great Idea! BTW Just starter watching your video's.... you more than a pro! Everything you do, technique wise is top notch. Even down to the way you apply seasoning ( just about perfectly broadcasted even all over!!! all the time) I have not seen any video of yours so far that looked bad
Are you able to keep the Kong down between 225/250 for smoking like a big green egg? And does the kick ash basket make it burn hotter with the extra air flow? Thanks.
I just started playing this walked away as I was listening.. poured a wild turkey and thought farrrkkk is that the dude from Beavis and butthead and king of the hill .. just being honest mate no disrespect but it tripped me out a bit 🤣🍺👍I'm definitely making this
Malcolm, can you describe what white BBQ sauce tastes like? I've never had it. I see it more now that I live in North Florida, but I never saw it in Oklahoma.

Nah, I just bought 10 bags of Kingsford Blue a few weeks ago, 25c a pound on sale. You use what, like 5 pounds for this recipe? This is a super creative idea. I've learned almost everything I know about BBQ by watching videos and reading blogs from guys like Malcolm Reed.

Raymond Lorscheider ABSOLUTELY!!! 👌🏻👍🏻
I agree
5 years later i agree with you
Made this tonight for dinner it was excellent! I didn’t change a thing. Wife wants this to be on the menu more. Thanks so much for recipe
Looks great! My only problem is I'm having trouble finding one ingredient you are using. What is this "leftover pulled pork" that you speak of?
Clearly you need a bigger smoker. :D
Could always use a bigger Smoker but mostly its because I'm feeding a crowd :)
Smoke MOAR meat! I always have leftovers. Pulled pork freezes like a champ.
I hear ya Randy, Pulled pork don't last long when we smoke/eat it! Barely enough for pizza the next day...gonna have to smoke a couple butts next time!
Alright first off it's not easy to make me actually laugh out loud, but with this comment you did it!
I've seen at least 3 dozen requests by others for this, and I totally agree. We would love a video tour of all your grills, smokers, and other ovens in your collection!
Yes, that would be great. Malcolm, educate everyone on this subject. Please.
Thanks.

Jason McKillop no Jason, I made this and it was the best damn pizza I've ever had.
Why would you watch this and dislike it? Craziness! Looks great. Love your videos

i'm glad that a brazilian youtuber shouted out this channel, man this is amazing
Br here. I wish we had an youtube channel that looked 1/5 in terms of passion and skills that Malcolm has.
You and the BBQ PIT BOYS are 2 of my Faves! TY for all you do Sir!
Yeah Buddy!!!!!! Pizza and BBQ, my two favorite things!
That would be really good with pineapple and bbq sauce drizzle!! Emm emm!

Pulled pork pizza is really good and this looks good. Makin' me hungry. Pulled pork biscuits and gravy is amazing to. Has a real good flavor.
+Christopher Hobby now you're talking!! I will be trying that
HowToBBQRight Malcom Reed it gives it the best flavor in the world and you can use toasted bread 🍞. Red pepper 🌶 flakes give it a good kick as well.

its time that you had your own TV show...and I wish I was your neighbour man..
If I was his neighbor I'd weigh 400 lbs.
I just made two of these tonight, easy and very good. I haven’t had much success until tonight. Thanks for the video.
Great! Now I'm hungry... looks very good man, keep it grillin

I did this over the weekend with leftover smoked chicken. Added bacon and purple onions and mushrooms. Two pizzas went FAST!

Oh yeah, making this. Looks delicious.
Niiiiice! I like my onions or green peppers on top as that will leave them caramelized and much tastier.
Gonna have to try that white sauce, looks awesome! Another great video man!
Looking really good buddy...Yes sir..
Looks good. My only add would be some wood chunks on the coals for more smoky taste.
I did this pizza for my friends yesterday and they loved it so did I, great recipe
Made this tonight, turned out fantastic.
Just wondering if this pizza sauce is close to your Alabama White Sauce. Love your videos and recipes. Made a bunch and they are all great. Thanks
hi Malcolm what's up? looks yummy. I hope you have a great day
Hey Malcom, I was wondering if you could do a video on smoked Tuna Steaks and/or Swordfish Steaks? I can't find any good videos!
John Setzler on the Kamado Joe Cooking channel does a good Swordfish steak one

looks delicious!
Thank you doing this pizza! I've been looking for a good grilled pizza recipe

I sooo wanna do this recipie for my mom... looks amazing... I might find some crawfish tail meat to this recipie

I would do this only if I already had the grill ready, not to start for only 8 minutes for new Coals. But the Clip is saved, I'd like to try it.
Redhot is my jam. I always buy the biggest bottle possible...
Malcolm, can you describe what white BBQ sauce tastes like? I've never had it. I see it more now that I live in North Florida, but I never saw it in Oklahoma.
this was a good idea for a video . you've bbqd everything under the sun, maybe make dishes with bbq incorporated In the recipe?
Love your channel Malcom!!! What on gods green earth is that orange stuff in the cheese?
Melcom Reed for President 2020!
cool that hasn't even cross my mind. But did make some BBQ pork nachos with leftovers 👍👍
Red sauce always wins!
Mr. Reed Can the white sauce be frozen if I put it in a vacuum sealed jar? And thank you for all the great recipes you post 👍👍
Not sure if you could freeze it, it might break. If you are worried about having too much, just cut the recipe in half.
HowToBBQRight Malcom Reed I was thinking of doubling or tripling the recipe since I make 3 - 5 pizzas at a time in my grills
And I make 4x 9 lbs pork butts at a time on my large big green egg at a time
looks good
Drooling
where you live ? kkkk I would like to buy some sauces and try some of these delicious dishes !!!!
This video came just in time, I just did a shoulder last weekend and got some pulled pork in the freezer but I didn't pull what I froze
you can thaw it out and pull it then. Just makes it easier to pull it, vacuum seal it and then freeze it.
hello, can you show more recipe on leftovers meat ?
yeah - I'll have to start adding more of those in...
It's also been a good while since you've done a brisket video ;)
White BBQ sauce is the same ingredients for ranch dressing.
Can you use this pizza sauce on other types of foods...Thanks
It's basically a slightly tangy, slightly spicy mayo. Should do fine in sandwiches.
What about using a pizza stone?
I love you man
Nice. Gotta try pizza on my smoker. Looks like your losing weight bud. Keep up with the vids. Trying everything you make.
Malcom, thanks for your recipes! Buy Malcom's products to help him out!
OH MY GOSH.
What is the white sauce? Is it made or store bought?
I was about to search for something else but then I saw this vid and I said "WOAH HOLD ON NOW" and here I am
this guy would fire up the grill for just about recipe
That's my dad.
Well..... at least I'm watching this during my lunch... 😦
I'm from Wisconsin - I am qualified to confirm that indeed you can not have "too much cheese".
It's not a thing.

For sure
agreed.

i like your site and your friendly person
Needs ranch 😂
like si ablas español
I'm getting real sick of binging on all your videos of delicious food that I can't eat. I demand you stop it immediately!
Seems like an expensive way to cook your own pizza
You mean inexpensive I hope? I made 8 pounds of pulled pork for 12 dollars on Sunday. This is an amazing way to use the leftovers.
Charcoal is expensive

Not on a ceramic grill. Charcoal lasts long time.
Jeff Smith quality lump charcoal lasts several uses. For some 100 lbs will last a whole year. Way cheaper than pellet grilling.
That’s not pizza but I’m sure is good..
Never, ever use grocery store pizza's! Never. Ever.
It's called a 'slice' of pizza, not "piece".
Wow. Just eat bbq don’t put it on pizza and spaghetti
