German emergency vehicle responding:
The public utility company in the Bavarian capital city of Munich has its own emergency division covering failures and problems with power, gas, water or district heating, and providing help both the FD and private customers in that aspect.
This equipment truck is staffed 24-7 with 3 piping technicians. The hydraulic excavator is used to easily get access to the pipes in the ground
