Hi Sheila .I’m finally working on a scarf!!!!! My daughter visited this weekend and brought along her knitting. I bought # 2 needles and a beautiful thick multi color yarn . As a beginner I find it easier to use thicker yarn and ‘fatter’ needles! Lovely pattern you are working on . I’d love to learn to do cables ! Cannot believe your rain amount . I am just like you Sheila if I find a mistake I have to pull it back Before I got married if I made a mistake and pulled it back my Dad used to say well that was a waste of time wasn’t it? Also I find I make mistakes because I don’t read the pattern correctly x
Anotherfun video! Sorry you had to undo all those beautiful cables. I once started a vest that was knit in the round. You started at the bottom and I did two or 3 inches of ribbing before I realized that I had twisted it when I joined the circle of stitches. Aaarrgh!!
If I do something wrong, even if it's a small mistake i hear my lovely mum say if it's wrong undo it I've her photo on the wall and looking at me. Love the dress 🎉
I can understand your frustration. Like you I live alone and at times if I make a mistake my language can be 'industrial' if I have to restart a project
@@Dottydolly123 I worked alongside a number of men who didn't care that I was a youngster so I learnt a new language . I only use it when I'm frustrated with myself or something I'm having difficulty with
